Highly professional salesman, Braden Tidwell, extremely

Highly professional salesman, Braden Tidwell, extremely knowledgeable about the Honda products which made my buying decision very easy. Followup service has been perfect. Converted me from a Toyota Avalon to new Honda Accord Hybrid touring. I have been a Toyota owner for past 20 years, and Braden convinced me on the advantages of switching to Honda. He provided good insights and resource of information on different factors with each manufacturer and new vehicle franchise. Offered a fair trade allowance to trade-in and trade-up. The management with Miguel and Stephen has been good hospitality. Casa has made me a place feeling like they are truly Home of the Nice Guys!

I leased a 2024 Mazda CX-50 through Casa Autoplex in

I leased a 2024 Mazda CX-50 through Casa Autoplex in April of this year (2024) and can say unequivocally it was the worst car leasing/buying experience I ever had the displeasure of suffering through. This dealership was much more transparent and competently managed when it was Borman Autoplex. Here is summary of my experience with the dealer. It took 8 hours over the course of three separate days to finalize the lease. Much of the delay in finalizing paperwork is that staff had little to no experience in completing the paperwork for a lease of any kind. As with the case with many dealerships, I was pressured to sign on the same day I visited the dealership to inquire about a new lease. The justification, as the salesman explained, was because they couldn't promise they would be able to hold the particular vehicle I was interested for the following day due to my salesmen leaving for the remainder of the week. The monthly payment for my lease changed every day that I visited the dealership to sign the lease. Dealer was not transparent as to how the month to month payment was calculated. It took several requests for a more transparent financial breakdown that amounted to more than a few scribbles of numbers on a piece of scrap paper before the dealer relented. Dealership conveniently forgot to include State Taxes and the last month of the lease into the final cost calculation for the month to month payment. The only informed me of this on the day I returned to sign the final paperwork. The dealer also failed to do this proper calculation for an acquaintance who recently financed a Mazda vehicle through them. Once is a mistake, twice is a pattern. Dealer promised a refund for all the trouble and inconvenience of the lengthy leasing process. Yet here we are 2 1/2 months later and no refund. Dealer forgot to inform me that my license plate was available for pickup when it had arrived at their facility. It had been in their possession for over a month before they called me. The credit application the dealership had me complete triggered security freezes with two of the three major credit reporting bureaus. This was not the case with any of the other Mazda leases I've had in the last 9 years. Due to my poor experience with Casa Autoplex, I will not be returning to this dealer for any future sales or leases.

Need help I need my plates or temp plates been 2 months

Need help I need my plates or temp plates been 2 months and still nothing. I got my car had temp plates. They were about to expire called my salesman I had them instant in my email. I need temp plates again. Can’t track a soul down. Been talking with Jovanni. Took a long time to get a response. Was supposed to get back to me of course has not. My temp plate expired the 17th. Today is the 22nd and still nothing. So I can drive my car. I call not even the front desk picks up and this is during office hours. Amazing. All I want is my plates. I guess since Casa took over only the employees are happy I am not as a third time customer!

Braden Tidwell sold me a 2021 Ford Ranger. He was extremely helpful in finding the right buy for me and my business. As a local business owner i needed a truck to help my restaurant grow. My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night Edition with 1,700 MILES

My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night Edition with 1,700 MILES needs a new engine already before my first payment. What solutions was I offered: Sell the car back to them for less, or trade it in for less because it's used. Did they do a buyback out of good faith and keep a customer? NO! Did they help me get into contact with someone that could help? NO! Did the sales manager promise to find me a solution that would make me happy, and then did nothing about it? YES! I do not recommend Casa Auto Group or Casa Hyundai of Las Cruces for any type of car purchase.

We just purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V from Braden Tidwell

We just purchased a 2018 Honda CR-V from Braden Tidwell at Casa Autoplex. Braden was very attentive and helpful. Once he learned what we were looking for, he immediately had a few vehicles in mind that we might like. We ended up purchasing the first one he told us about. The process took a little longer than we anticipated, but we are very happy with the car and the service we received. πŸ‘πŸ‘

Outstanding customer service experience purchasing a new

Outstanding customer service experience purchasing a new 2024 Hyundai Kona AWD with Braden Tidwell. I drove from North New Mexico to Las Cruces because Braden took the time to make sure they had the vehicle I wanted and took a deposit to hold it for me. All the details, price, etc ironed out BEFORE I made the trip, so NO hassles, haggling or surprises. Smooth and professional start to finish. Very happy with my car buying experience at Casa Autoplex/Casa Hyundai Mazda Honda.
