Jared is amazing!!!!! I was very scared about going to a dealer to get a new car cause sales people can be rude and sneaky sometimes but Jared made it all better. He treated me with respect and did not try to sell me what he wanted instead he made sure I got what I needed and what I could afford. Made my time at the dealer very pleasant. U NEED TO COME SEE JARED!!!! WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!!

Jared was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Jeep I was interested in as well as other options. He ran through the features with me and made sure I understood key features before I drove home. The paperwork process, specifically waiting for a finance manager, did seem to take longer than it should have, especially since I had financing already arranged.

"I went to Jared"
I went to Jared and I am......ECSTATIC!!!! He was pleasant and helpful throughout the whole process. I was in a bad lease previously and had a horrible experience. Jared listened to me and informed me I would not have that experience again. Lets say I left with a new 2015 Dodge Charger. I love this car. My wife bought a Chrysler Town and Country from the dealership a couple of years ago and their service is the best around. I thank Jared for taking time to explain the car, features, test drives, and also car care plan. At no time did I feel like I was being hustled or taken advantage of. I will be going to Heritage for all of my car needs and will be going to Jared. Also Roman with the finance team really broke down everything. I also spoke with Melvin with the Parts/Maintenance team and he talked to me about future things I would like to do with my car. Very informative. Customer service is a dying these days but Jared's, Roman's, Melvin's stellar service truly made my day wonderful. All the staff were great.

Your online person" Erwin Scofield" was awesome... He provided me with all the information need for me to decide travel from my home (where I have 7 dealerships within 45 minutes). I 'm looking forward to meeting him in the next few days, to close the deal. And most definitely..... the price is right!!!

I traded my Jeep for a Chrysler 200. The process was haggle free, and I never felt uncomfortable or pressure! My mother got her Chrysler here too, and we will be back for our next cars! Thanks Ed & Tony! Thanks for the good laughs too!
