So, I purchased a 2025 GMC Acadia on March 31st, 2025,
So, I purchased a 2025 GMC Acadia on March 31st, 2025, dealt with Agustin Reyes (Gus), and Derek Metoyer (Finance rep) the process Was smooth the day of sale. I drove off the lot with my car that night. Please keep in mind that in the past 10 years I have purchased 9 vehicles, A 2016 Scion IA, 2018 Toyota Corolla, 2018 Jeep Compass, 2019 Toyota Corolla, 2020 Elantra, 2021 Tucson, 2023 Hyundai Palisade, 2024 Palisade And now the 2025 Acadia, 3 of them Centennial Toyota and the rest from Hyundai of Las Vegas, Excluding the GMC of course. The whole process from A to Z has always taken no more than a week. The includes applying for the loan, driving off the lot, getting my green slip registering the vehicle. Never longer than that, they have always made it very easy, until now, after a whole week that passed by, I noticed that I hadn't received anything whatsoever from the lienholder, nothingggg at all. So, I contacted the salesperson, and he stated that it was very normal That it normally took two weeks, SO, I waited not weeks and still nothing from the salesperson, nothing from the finance company, nothing from the Lienholder. So, I contacted the salesperson again and he stated that the finance rep was already speaking to the bank and would have him call me back. Days went by and received no calls, no emails nothing at all, so I got tired and decided to contact the finance company, and was told that the application was submitted incorrectly, so I reached out to the dealership and left the finance rep (Derek Metoyer) a message to call me back. Never heard back at all. SO, after waiting a few more days, I contacted the dealership again and asked for the manager, who it sort of felt like he didn't care about my complaint and just transferred me to the Finance rep Derek Metoyer. After he picked up the line, I told him that I was very frustrated because I had asked for him to return my call since I had been trying to reach him and nothing at all, all he said was UMMM WHO IS THIS AGAIN? He stated that there was nothing wrong with the loan that in fact it was the BANK taking forever and that he would reach out to the bank and find out what they were referring to the application being submitted incorrectly. I asked him to call me back when he found out. A week went by and no calls at all, so I contacted my bank again and was told that the loan was finally issued. So, I waited another week to see when the dealership would contact me to have me pick up my green slip from there as well as the check that I was promised. I waited until April 30th which was the day my moving permit had to expire. I called the dealership and made them aware of my frustration and that I had a vehicle with an expired permit, no green slip and no check. I was told that they would have the MANAGER call me back, and guess what, the manager never called me back, they had the salesperson text me a picture of the EDRS paper, and when I asked him about my check, he stated that they were going to mail it to. I can tell you that it definitely wasn't worth going to Autonation Buick GMC West Sahara. I honestly do not recommend this place at all, unless you want a headache, I recommend Centennial Toyota and Hyundai of Las Vegas, trust me You will love the process and their service. I am an insurance agent and will never make the mistake to refer anybody here.

Thieves and cons. They intentionally do not disclose material information about vehicles and titles and use Unethical business practices. Do NOT go here. If you have been deceived by this dealership, I recommend that you contact consumer affairs, as well as an attorney and proper channels. At the very least, share your story. To keep things short, they deceived my visibly pregnant sister and mother came in to buy a minivan and lied to them about material facts that impact the vehicle’s overall value.

Brought my GMC Acadia in for some required service.
Brought my GMC Acadia in for some required service. Everything started out well when I dropped my vehicle off. I Had to leave it overnight and that is when everything went south. My service advisor was unavailable the next day and no one called me back. All they did was send me a video inspection of problems that were obviously faked to try and trick me into paying for unnecessary repairs of almost $4000. They claimed I had a multiple leaks when there had not been a sign of a leak previously. When I went to pick up my car off, it took an hour to get someone to retrieve my car. This is the second bad experience I have had at an AutoNation service department in the last few months. This Service Department is clearly engaging in a pattern of unethical and dishonest business practices to pad repair bills and over charge customers.
