Customer Service (Mr Tony specifically) was awesome.

Customer Service (Mr Tony specifically) was awesome. Mr Tony has continued to follow up with me, just amazing. Even with issues with the Onstar plans, when I was getting/got suspicious with the entire deal, usually everyone disappears after the check is signed, but Mr Tony did not. Even the manager was in it to win it (to the end). All dealers are suspect when you as a potential customer arrives, I was shocked and I am not easy to please. Outstanding service, they seem more excited than I was. At the time I got disappointed, they and I am figuring it was Mr Tony, and Mr Thomas handle business. Love it, just don’t have any words to describe how this ended up. I was ready, for a battle……This turned out to be an amazing experience. Problem resolutions registered off the meter. Responsive, professional, friendly, just exceeded my expectations. This car buying experience has been the first time I did not have to change my posture, very accommodating. What’s scary is that pictures online don’t do the actual vehicle justice, I advise go in and take a look. Mr Tony, Thomas, and Mr Ronnie (BABY FACE) thank you, appreciate you all. It’s all good now. Onstar came through OOHRAH!!!!!!! I can’t forget Ms Brooke and Mr Bryce….Thank you for your time and patience and the space that you gave me to get to a place that I made the decision to pull the trigger.

I am a 5th time Cadillac buyer and looking forward to the new Optiq EV! As usual, customer service was excellent. From Joe in service too Ronnie in Finance, Anthony in Sales and Sharon who keeps the place going, it was a good experience. I appreciate the attitude at Findlay Cadillac and the fact that they are a family-owned business makes a difference. That is also my background and it is a plus. Can't wait to drive the new car. Loved my salesman Anthony Johnson provided great service and worked hard to get me a great deal. Love my 2023 Cadillac CT 5. But the detailing job was poor. Recommend Anthony Johnson for your next automobile purchase.

I initially was contacted by Jordan, but my dealership

I initially was contacted by Jordan, but my dealership experience was handled by Zach. Zach was very professional, hustled while I was there, and handled the negotiation process fairly and in good faith. Ronnie in finance was also very thorough and went through the financing process quickly. Thanks again, guys.

Omar is a great service rep and I was able to get my car
