Tony isn’t just knowledgeable but also very professional and helpful. We didn’t even know we wanted a Cadillac until we met Tony and we have no regrets with the lease or experience leading up to it. Will do business with Findlay again for sure.

Horrible dealership to purchase a Cadillac from. They use an illegal tactic of Bait and Switch scam where they will make a deal with you, based on a specific car with specific down payment, Monthly payments etc... than they run your credit (Which will reduce your credit score) later confirm the deal is on and once you arrive to the dealership, they will completely change the deal against your interest and won't budge. They will add thousands of dollars to your bill. You will be standing there thinking - How can a car dealership specially Cadillac act in this unethical behaviour. The GM will never be available nor will he return your calls. A complete scam artists. Do yourself a favor and get your Cadillac elsewhere.

I would only recommend the sales department due to my distrust of service dept. I am currently contemplating not ever leaving my vehicle ever again with this department. Oil changes, any service that will be same day service only. By any notion by people that work there (in service dept) think that I don’t know and or believe their technology they use for intake of a vehicle cannot be manipulated may need to rethink their thoughts about me…. Don’t like to cause a scene, thinking recent and pass reviews of the service dept should be enough. I may need to find another Certified GM SERVICE DEPARTMENT, and just take it for maintenance it’s not required to leave over night and or involve and sub contractor that’s off sight. It boggles my mind that I was told my car needed to be driving to check my headlights…..WOW!!! Other than knowing the name and location of one of the sub contractors and my fuel level down to a point I myself would never allow, really puts me on edge. I could care less who ur service advisors trust, doesn’t make me trust them. It’s more and likely a hookup for a friend of one of ur employees to use their services.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Findlay Cadillac is not a good dealership. My girlfriend had been working with them to get pricing to $40,000 out the door on a used Lyriq for days, but never got below $41,500 with very slow communication. She test drove the vehicle and knew she liked it and wanted to move forward. I decided to see if me being a man would make a difference, and wouldn’t you know it, it did. After reaching out via text, within 30 minutes, I got the price to $40,000 out the door. Very frustrating dealing with that and seeing the sexism firsthand. I informed the salesperson, Alex, that I wasn’t the buyer, but my girlfriend was and connected the two of them to proceed with the deal. The deal was made on a Monday evening and we were warned that the car may sell before we were able to come to the lot at 4pm on Wednesday to pick it up due to work and childcare needs. Wednesday morning, we got a text saying the car was still available and confirmed we’d be able to come by at 4pm that day to finalize the sale. In the end, we opted not to go to the dealership to complete the sale, as test drives had already happened and there was no need. So, texts went back and forth for a bit to find out if using an AmEx to make full payment could happen, which it can’t, but a $5000 deposit could be made to lock in the car, and bring a check the next morning to pay the balance. At 5pm, the deposit was made and we were set to pick up the car Thursday morning. At 8pm, a text came through saying the car that we had secured with a substantial payment, had been sold to someone else. Thin apologies were made and the dealership said they’d do their best to find another vehicle to make the deal with. The day after the car was sold, the dealer came with a couple options for vehicles to work a deal with. However, these were going to be $8000-$10,000 more than what we’d previously agreed upon. Other options were Chevrolet Blazer EVs, which are in no way bad vehicles, but to try and offer a Blazer at the same $40,000 as a Cadillac seemed absurd. Days later, a lie was told that the $5000 had been refunded when it hadn’t, only being processed the next day after being asked about it. Overall, the experience with Findlay Cadillac was awful, I would recommend going to any other Cadillac dealership and avoiding them at all costs.

Smitty is great! Very helpful in showing all the details of the car and how to access everything in system. Prompt response when contacted, which is always good customer service in my book! Eman is wonderful and easy to work with. There is no hard selling, the car sells itself. Very pleased with the entire process from start to finish! Overall fantastic customer service

Customer Service (Mr Tony specifically) was awesome. Mr Tony has continued to follow up with me, just amazing. Even with issues with the Onstar plans, when I was getting/got suspicious with the entire deal, usually everyone disappears after the check is signed, but Mr Tony did not. Even the manager was in it to win it (to the end). All dealers are suspect when you as a potential customer arrives, I was shocked and I am not easy to please. Outstanding service, they seem more excited than I was. At the time I got disappointed, they and I am figuring it was Mr Tony, and Mr Thomas handle business. Love it, just don’t have any words to describe how this ended up. I was ready, for a battle……This turned out to be an amazing experience. Problem resolutions registered off the meter. Responsive, professional, friendly, just exceeded my expectations. This car buying experience has been the first time I did not have to change my posture, very accommodating. What’s scary is that pictures online don’t do the actual vehicle justice, I advise go in and take a look. Mr Tony, Thomas, and Mr Ronnie (BABY FACE) thank you, appreciate you all. It’s all good now. Onstar came through OOHRAH!!!!!!! I can’t forget Ms Brooke and Mr Bryce….Thank you for your time and patience and the space that you gave me to get to a place that I made the decision to pull the trigger.

I am a 5th time Cadillac buyer and looking forward to the new Optiq EV! As usual, customer service was excellent. From Joe in service too Ronnie in Finance, Anthony in Sales and Sharon who keeps the place going, it was a good experience. I appreciate the attitude at Findlay Cadillac and the fact that they are a family-owned business makes a difference. That is also my background and it is a plus. Can't wait to drive the new car. Thank you so much, cast and crew at Findlay Cadillac.
