Unfortunate I had to even give 1 star. Their service center is the absolute worst. I brought my Ford Fusion Hybrid in with what appeared to be a dead hybrid battery. They kept the car for 7 or 8 BUSINESS days and could not diagnose it. I finally brought it to another place. Diagnosed in 24 hours. Took 5 days to get new battery and installed in 1 day. Gaudin still charged me $230 for 'diagnostics' - which they couldn't perform properly. I'm done with this dealership (and I bought 2 cars here).

Be sure if they promise a warranty that you read all the print. I had the LED display go out during warranty. I couldn't get back into the Gaudin Ford for a bit but they told me not to worry as they discovered the issue during the warranty period. Well when I brought it back in, Gaudin declined to help, even though we all can see the conversation documented on their computer. Then I bought a 36 month warranty battery. It died 5 month into it. They replaced the battery but said they will only honor the new battery as of the purchase date of the old one. So on a 36 month warranty battery they only gave me 24 months. Also even though I bought the battery at Gaudin, they want to charge me $62 to change it out. Watch your pocket book. They are interested in making money more than helping the customer. I will never buy a car from them again.

They are very rude in the beginning and not a very nice place and ripped me off they're very deceitful and very unhonest they will rip you off any chance they can they'll even stick their hand out for you to shake it on a deal knowing that the deal was bad very bad place to do business now I have a car that cost me about $20,000 and it won't run and they won't do anything about it because they're a bunch of cheats do not do business with this company

Service Department is horrible. Our vehicle has a simple hardware failure with the satellite radio. Almost 2 months no fix. Poor communication. Contacted Ford Corporate EV division and they are friendly but still no help. This is the reason I stopped buying Ford cars.

I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership. The only good thing to say is Ashley Simpson was very helpful after months of back and forth with a lemon of a truck I purchased from a salesperson who was very rude and hostile going as far as to put his hands on one of my coworkers who came with me to help decide on a truck for work. I am now currently being strung along after the dealership told me they are unable to cancel my warranties even though they can see the warranties and are the selling dealership. I went through a long process with Ford Customer Care and the main departments to get them canceled and now the dealership is refusing to give me the money for the warranties. I have been told and have confirmation that the warranties are canceled and the dealership is supposed to give me a check for the money back. I have called several times trying to schedule with them to pick the money up and they keep passing the blame or saying they don't do that. This dealership is far from professional and will be getting yet another BBB complaint.

I recently bought a used Genesis G80 from Gaudin Ford completely done over the internet and phone. It was one of the best car buying experiences that I have ever had in my life! My salesman at Gaudin Ford was a gentlemen named Krasmir Stoynev and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was always available by phone both when he was at the dealership and even the times that he was at home and the times that he was in meetings he returned all of my voicemails with in an hour of me leaving them. He even assisted me in questions that I had after I bought the car. The dealership was just as amazing in helpfulness and attention to every detail of the purchase and providing an easy and uneventful signing of all the documents.Their financing department even got me a better financing rate on the car than I was able to get by myself! They arranged to have the car shipped to me almost the next day after signing the documents. What a wonderful and pleasant experience it was!!

I went to pick up a part for my GT 500 I was not taken care of like I didn’t exist.When I approached the 3 employees who were just talking I asked for help needless to say the employee Paul did everything to no assist me.He then proceeded to say hateful racist remarks indirectly towards me by saying Hispanics with tattoos are unemployed criminals who need to be deported to Venezuela.I don’t know what country he’s living in but that type of speech is not acceptable it’s hate speech and discrimination.I will be taking Gaudin Ford to court nobody deserves to be treated like that especially a customer.
