Unprofessional

My experience started off well with this dealership, but went downhill from there. When I asked to see a specific color for the vehicle I wanted, the sales person said it was in the back and it would take him a long time to bring up. He tried telling me it was similar to another vehicle , but I brought it to his attention that it wasn't. Regarding pricing , the sales person verbally said one thing, but when it came down to getting the official price, it was different. The worst part was that neither the sales person nor his manager would respond to my phone calls when I gave them my offer I received from another dealership. Even if they would not match the price, they should have had the courtesy to respond. Better deals can be found elsewhere.

Hi Jim, Actually, I did reach out to Germain management, but received no response. After a week with no response, I assumed Germain did not want my business so I went to another Honda dealership and purchased the vehicle. My experience at the other dealership was excellent and met all of my expectations.

Very personable, friendly and above board

Glad I came here. No BS just the facts, very clean deal. Friendly sales person, Kent. I will definitely buy cars here in the future

Great Service....Made our old car just like new!

This dealership was easy to work with and had a shuttle that took me back and forth to my home while the war was being serviced. The only complaint is that they asked for permission to wash the car (because there was a crack in the windshield), and then they didn't wash it. Oh well. I had been waiting for 2 days for the weather to clear up so I could have it washed, so I was disappointed.

Germain Honda Service

Rick Parsons and Michael Ghiede did a great job for my wife, who was stuck in Ann Arbor with no oil in the engine (we live in Ohio). With no notice, they got her fixed up and rolling again very quickly. They defenitely saved the day for us! I wish every dealership operated the same way.

Great Used Car

Find a great used car on cars.com but several hours away from where I live. Mario and I were able to come to a price before I drove out to see the vehicle. It was exactly as described. No surprises !!! Done deal!!! Finance dept was a little slow.... Would recommend Mario Teixeira and Germain Honda to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a fair price!!

Great service.

I appreciated that the dealership did a 100,000 mile service and fixed everything that needed attention. They also had a shuttle that took me home and picked me back up when the service was complete. Great service and nice people.

Jeff Williams-professional, personable, knowlegable

Jeff Williams knew the vehicle line, interviewed me on car choices/features, made suggestions, and answered questions. We test drove, he explained all systems. He had my car evaluated for trade-in and gave me a price. He was friendly, transactional and clearly takes pride in his work, the dealership and Honda automobiles. It was a pleasant experience and I recommend him.

Purchase of a new vehicle

Brock Bachelder was the sales executive we worked with, he helped with our new purchase seamlessly. We know what we are getting already and came in for test drive. The deal is complete, traded in our old vehicle and drove home the new car.
