The customer service at South Point Dodge is very professional and courteous. Kiel Freeman is an awesome salesperson. Kiel is so easy to work with and cares about his customers. Kiel made sure our 2 vehicle purchase went smooth and easy. He followed up with us to make sure we were satisfied and if there was anything else he could do, to let him know. Hi highly recommend Kiel and South Point Dodge. Victor Campos was also very professional and courteous.

Horrible experience- run.

Horrible. They will sell a car with a ton of damage that isn’t listed. I would never trust them to buy a car and if you’re smart, you wouldn’t either.

Second visit to dealership for oil change on Ram. Service...

Second visit to dealership for oil change on Ram. Service drive at 10 am crowded with cars parked in 2 of 3 lanes. Service writer was friendly but new and not well trained. Only 2 people in lounge with crowded Service lanes. Poorly managed. No printout for 22 point checkup. Settings changed on truck and not returned to my setting. Tires not checked and low on air. Overall a poor look and experience for a customer that bought his truck from this dealership. Wasn’t like this 2 years ago. Needs immediate help with appearance of staff and organization of drive. Again the service writer was the best part of the visit.

The customer service was so great here! Ask for Kiel! He was so easy to work with, understood exactly what I was looking for and the budget I needed to stay within. He made everything so easy and not stressful. If you are looking for someone honest to work with I highly suggest asking for him. The whole team ended up being very helpful.

Couldn’t repair a sunroof, couldn’t find parts that were...

Couldn’t repair a sunroof, couldn’t find parts that were in their own parts Dept.. I did. Said it was impossible to close. Charged $302 for some gofer to fiddle around for 4 days. Another shop closed and tightened sunroof in literally 20 seconds

My husband and I are very happy buying my Jeep Grand...

My husband and I are very happy buying my Jeep Grand Cherokee L and his Dodge Ram 5.7L . They have a great location and our sales agent, Mr. Kiel Freeman was very helpful in showing various trims and options of Jeep and Dodge Ram. We are so happy with what we got. His supervisor and as well as the finance officer gave us all the needed assistance to finalize the purchase of our two vehicles in October 4 and 8 respectively. I would highly recommend this dealership and our sales agent, Mr. Kiel Freeman.
