We had Jeffrey Taylor as our salesman and we were blown
We had Jeffrey Taylor as our salesman and we were blown away at just how wonderful of an experience it was. Jeffrey knows vehicles! Every question we had on buying a used vehicle and even specifics on the engine and work done, he knew exactly how to answer or he would obtain the answer for us. As for his customer service, it's outstanding. We didnt feel any pressure at all from him as we have in the past at other dealerships. If we buy another vehicle, Jeffrey is who we will purchase through! Highly recommend him!

had a mostly positive experience, especially with Carson, Carter, the finance representative, and the reception team—they were professional and helpful. However, the process took far too long. I arrived at 1:10 p.m., finished paperwork around 4:30 p.m., and didn’t receive the car until about 7:00 p.m. I was also only informed at the very end that there was only one key. When I raised these concerns, a manager who introduced himself as Jordan Hidalgo stepped in. Unfortunately, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, and he placed blame on staff rather than addressing the issues. With better transparency and more professional management follow-up, this could have been a great experience.

Bought 2013 F150 7 months ago. Turned out to be a xxxxx.. In Dec. traded for a 2015 F150. I LOVE THIS TRUCK!!!! Carlos Gonzales is the man to go to... He was easy going, listened & went the extra mile. He got me out the door happy/satisfied. Ford did right by me too. Thank you Carlos for the car experience & impeccable service.

Michael was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. He worked exceptionally hard to get the deal done for us, and at the end of the evening, we drove home in our new F150. Scam artists, they sold me a vehicle that they swapped
Scam artists, they sold me a vehicle that they swapped the tires on and didn't bother using the right lug nuts causing the tire to fly off while driving. Then told me since it took 3 weeks, they decided I'm screwed because someone must have tampered with it.

I havent been able to talk to a manager on this yet. Ive got photo evidence all thru this, list of parts ive had to buy to fix the issue, yet you have the salesman call me saying that you've decided it was tampered with whe all of this occured in less the 4 weeks of purchase. Come to find out you put all aftermarket lug nuts on factory rims, so every rim, including the spare i had to put on to make it home is trash from having hex of wrong lug nuts ground into the seating angle.
