A few weeks ago I wrote a review regarding the great experience we had with JTL with the purchase of our pick up truck. Well, we went back after my wife wanted a car and yet again we loved the experience from the team of JTL. Edwin was great from start to end and really made today incredible. Eric and John were again just amazing partners and made the financials work within our budget. I stated it before ! Do yourself a favor and stop by and talk to the team here. They work with you but never pressure you and it’s really is a relaxed experience.

Professional,accommodating car dealership. John, the finance manager made every effort to obtain the best loan for me. Edwin, the salesman was a gentleman. JTL is not your typical dealership.

My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Ram from JTL. Our past experiences with dealerships have been harsh and very cumbersome. So, to be honest we went in with a slight sense of skepticism. We were wrong! From the very first contact via phone with Carmine it was pleasant and easy going. On Sunday we went in met with Carmine and went on the test drive. The truck was great, clean and well kept. After we went in and started the process with Carmine and Eric the manager walking us through the process. It took 2 hours only (Awesome)! I say that cause if you have ever been to any other dealer its an all day process. At JTL it was painless. Came back on Monday met with John ( Owner/ Operator) and we signed the final paperwork which was simple and straight forward. Done!!! We got our truck . I just gave you step by step at this incredible car buying experience. The team is made up of professional, friendly , warm members and honestly it felt like you were dealing with family. Do yourself a favor, if you are in the market for a car go to JTL and ask for Carmine, you won’t be disappointed. Plus if you are a fisherman , Eric the manager has some good stories.

Richard was an excellent sales person, I called the day before and scheduled to meet him the next day. I advised him that I was taking my time and wanted to get the best possible deal on a reliable car. I knew how much I wanted to spend and knew what I wanted, Richard advised me that they do not pressure anyone and he encouraged me to take my time and he answered all of my questions honestly and any promises that were made verbally were discussed and honored before signing which made me feel that we were all on the same page, I test drove 2 cars and chose a beautiful 2010 Dodge Charger with great Milage at my budget price. This was a great deal, I researched a ton of places and had a list of dealerships and cars I wanted to drive but the close small and personal feeling I got here was unlike any place that I have been to looking for a car. I didnt feel like they wanted my money, I felt like they wanted to make sure that my fiance and I were happy and we are.... I feel confident knowing that even after my warrenty is up That I can always call them and get a good honest and reasonable price on a car or servicing my vehicle. I also feel that they will go above and beyond for all their customers. WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO PRESSURE TO BUY... i HIGHLY RECOMMEND, ASK FOR RICH!!!

I walked in just to look and Carmine helped answer a lot of my questions. Even moved a few cars so i could test drive what I wanted. I really liked a Sonata and decided to buy! He and Eric got me a nice deal as this was my first time getring a car loan. I got to register my car in their office and drove home that day!

We have now bought two vehicules at JTL auto sales, and Mike has yet again impressed me with his knowledge and service. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome with each visit.
