JTL was the 1st dealership I visited when looking for a used car. I waisted alot of time and energy looking at other dealership's. I finally made my purchase at JTL in December of 2017. Wow what can I say, I have bought a lot of cars thru the years and never have went to a car dealer and been treated with such professionalism. The team here at JTL never pressured us or tried to up sell us. We came in and met AJ, He was awesome. We told him what we were looking for and test drove 2 cars and found the 1 we wanted. The funny thing was when AJ gave us the price, it really was the price. I have never bought a car before and got the price from the salesperson, went in with the manger Eric and the price didn’t change. So I said to myself they will get me with the finance guy. Well guess what, It was time to meet John the finance guy. He was just as nice as AJ and Eric were and the price never changed. No prep fees, no dealer fees no you need that or you need this. I have to say this was a great first time experience for me and my family. Rich is the best he made us feel like family he knew exactly what we need. The guys in the office were just as nice. Our family now has a great car that's just perfect for us. The whole presses was painless thanks to everyone's help. The only thing missing was a Sunday dinner. I just purchased a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 from JTL. I dealt with Carmine and Richard on the sales floor, Eric in Management and John with the Financial. First I want to say that these guys are not your typical pushy sales guys, I had visited on a Sunday looking to trade in my old gmc Sonoma and explained I was looking for a full size pick up truck. They showed me what they had on the lot, they had a great selection but didn’t really find that one that I was looking for. Instead of trying to. Are me buy one that wasn’t right for me, Eric told me about a Chevy they just got, but was still being checked and cleaned. So they told me to come back in the middle of the week and it would be there to test drive. Well, these guys really get it, because as soon as I saw the truck I knew it was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone in this dealership is a true professional. They were able to get me into my new truck in a matter of hours. Great experience all around and I will continue to use them for oil changes and Service. Thanks again guys and I love my New Chevy!
