The staff is extremely helpful , professional , and honest . The first bump involved the price quoted to me . At the final meeting i was informed me that the price that was quoted to me was incorrect . The auto i purchased was actually on sale and $1000.00 less . How much more honesty and integrity could there be in this day . The second bump came when i left the dealership . A short time later various lights came on in the dash . I called , the car was taken care of immediately . I have not experienced any trouble since . My experience with this Dealership has been wonderful .

I got a great deal on a used Volvo. The people there, Matt and Chris were extremely professional and accommodating. This is the third car my family has purchased from JTl and I couldn't be happier. I will most definitely continue to use them in the future.

SO about a Month ago I purchased a 2006 Mazda 5 from them. As stated in other reviews no pressure and willing to work with you, family business. The very next day I went back and actually bought the car. Now with any used car you are walking into the unknown, so things will happen. They put me at ease when they said we are covering you for 90 days and or 3000 miles so that I would not have to worry...Well as with any used car it had a few issues that I did not see or feel during the test drive. So the question is, did they help? One phone call and was put through to their Service Department. They took in my car and fixed a few issues and had to order another part. They said maybe (1) one week, well (1) one week to the day I received the call, bring it in tomorrow and lets get you going. So, I rarely comment good or bad to any business, however when you stick to your word, that truly deserves very honorable mentions everywhere, this is hard to find now a days. Honest, Straight Forward and they make you feel your a Customer, not a sales ticket....My automotive work will stay with them...Thank you John for your honesty!

So I am a Veteran and on one of my visits to the Northport VA had a conversation with another fellow Vet. He said he was in the market for a truck a year or so ago and heard about JTL. He stated to me they were honest and straight forward. SO I did my homework...I had a plan walking in and met John one of the family of owners...He was great, he listened to me and my request. They showed me a few cars and came across a Mazda 5. They close at 7:00 PM that night but since I was coming from Brooklyn they stayed to help me out. There was no rush and they took their time with me. Again no Rush at all. So with no commitment at all I left. The best part of this is that there was no pressure at all. The next day I called John and said lets get the paperwork going. The price we agreed on was the price I received, the monthly payments we spoke about was exactly what was on the paperwork. This is not a paid advertisement, trust me, I am a HARD SELL but appreciate honesty...but to top it off, I received a 3 month warranty. John said anything just call. So the Mazda has it's own issues but after driving it just 300 miles there was a few concerns. I called, and JOHN called me right back No Problem when do you want to come in....So bottom Line, Honest true to their word...Highly Recommended.
