Super easy transaction.

Super easy transaction. Sales worked through texts, emails and calls for the great deal so all we had to do was go to the dealer sign and drive. Quick, easy and a great deal. All the staff we met are exceptional! We would buy another car there.

I really like how smoothly service appointments go at

I really like how smoothly service appointments go at Carson City Toyota. Perry Motors Bishop Toyota is very good, but Carson City is excellent. Real-time notifications of car status in waiting area, which happens to be a very nice waiting lobby. Text when car is done and all the staff is are very nice and professional. I prefer the long haul of 153 m to Carson City Toyota over Perry Motors Bishop 40 m away.

Great Service by Paige for additional items like window

Great Service by Paige for additional items like window tinting on my new 2025 CAMRY. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend her service for getting accessories on the car done. Took her time to explain things.

The service manager Jeff was about as unprofessional as

The service manager Jeff was about as unprofessional as any I’ve witnessed in a very long time. I will tell everyone I know the poor service I experienced by this unprofessional excuse for a service manager. I live in Incline Village and have a large group of friends. They all will hear about the experience I had dealing with the service manager.
