The finance manager assigned to my sale, Alli Ellis, was dishonest and entirely self-motivated. During our conversation, she was impatient and condescending, I'm told this is her personality in general. I wanted gap insurance and no warranty. She told me that I could not purchase gap insurance without signing up for an extended warranty which is not true. When I waffled on that, she assured me that I could simply call her to cancel the warranty within 30 days, allowing me to keep the insurance without the rest. I agreed to do that because I believed her. I followed through with the plan to cancel, contacted her NUMEROUS times (desk, cell, email) and she refused to respond to anything. Six emails and four voicemails went unanswered over two weeks. I finally contacted other admin people and drove to the dealership to ensure my cancellation was properly submitted. I then contacted her supervisor who also refused to respond. I was told by other employees that I was not the only customer having these issues with their finance team. This seems to be the standard - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. If you want to purchase at this dealership, I recommend you go with your guns blazing and don't back down until you get what you want. Expect no support after the sale and know that you'll have to go in person to get what you need.

I had a great experience buying a car with Nabil!
I had a great experience buying a car with Nabil! He was friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. Nabil listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car without any pressure. He really knows his stuff and gave me honest advice. After I bought the car, he even checked in to see how I was doing. If you need a car, I highly recommend Nabil. However, I had a disappointing experience with Rodriguez, the financial specialist. Despite having the highest credit score, he didn’t offer me a competitive percentage rate from well-known institutions like Bank of America, Capital One, etc. Instead, he suggested a high rate of 7.99% from lesser-known financial institutions, which just didn’t make sense to me. In comparison, Nabil, my car sales representative, was outstanding and deserves a 5-star rating for his excellent service, whereas I would give Rodriguez a 1 for not being helpful in getting a fair financial deal.

I would never go here again.
I would never go here again. I traded in my truck for a 2021 Ram 1500. There was a Taco Bell cup in the bed, accident damage on the fender, and the interior was dirty. The test drive was fine and it was the right truck and miles that I needed. We couldn’t agree on a price and I asked for my keys back from the trade in and they wouldn’t give them back. I asked for them back several times and they kept stalling. I didn’t see the damage on the fender until right before we signed papers and they finally agreed to fix it. Someone had run into a pole and didn’t fix it. The vehicle also had a recall that wasn’t repaired. We made an agreement for them to drop the truck off after the fender was fixed. The truck showed up with a 1/2 tank of gas and I had to give my tools to the salesman to remove my old license plates. They were supposed to transfer the registration but did not transfer the plates. After a week I noticed the spray in bed liner was peeling and they refused to warranty the work. Also, it’s been almost 30 days and they still haven’t paid off my loan. I’ve emailed Patrick Sullivan, Michaela Puckett, and Alli Ellis with no response. I called Bianca Dinu and Leo Alsalih with no response. Bought the car 10/7 and it’s now 11/1. Nothing has been resolved. Do not go there. Do not give them business. Stay away.

Responded privately the next day at 2. Still no response from business
Update- On 11/08/24 Navy Federal finally recieved the loan payment from Koons and the loan was paid off. I bought the car 10/7. After going back and forth with Celia and Felipe from Koons they said they would pay for the bed to be properly lined. I took it to two LineX places, my own dime, and Koons didnt not overtly say no but stated the amount was too much for them to pay and asked I drop off the truck at the dealer so they could take it somewhere. After work I drove over there and dropped it off and Felipe didnt realize I needed a car to get home. He took care of it but then the next day I had to rush home to get the keys because they had to swap out the rental for another rental. I picked up the truck a few days later and it was sprayed by Rhino Linings. They did an OK job, theres some bed liner running in certain spots but it will do what i want it to do. I picked up the truck, a 1/4 tank lower, and drove home. A few weeks later I've been contacted twice again by Alli Ellis to provide updated insurance, 2 months later, for some reason. Mind you I provided insurance the night I purchased it, because paperwork at the DMV needs to be processed still? Needless to say out of the 5 cars I've purchased at dealers since 2010 I will NEVER be going to a Koons dealer again.

Had a great experience with Jonathan in sales very knowledgeable and transparent .on the other hand the finance department was not very helpful my credit score was in the high eight hundreds and they was trying to give me an interest rate of almost 10 percent.i got up and started to leave after that and Patrick saw that I was leaving and talked to me and he did the right thing and brought the interest rate down to almost half of what of what the finance department was trying to give. That is an unfair practice in the finance department hopefully this situation will be addressed with the dealership if this is a normal practice that is going on. BUYERS BEWEAR!

Very efficient place. Dena Paul was a great sales rep and the finance manager was also very professional. They had my car ready for a test drive before we arrived, and the process was pretty quick. Also got a fair value on my trade in. Would highly recommend Koons Tyson.
