First time visiting the BMW Beverly Hills dealership.

First time visiting the BMW Beverly Hills dealership. I was frustrated to find out that they do not offer Uber/Lyft to the customers. I settled for getting a shuttle ride to my work but then was informed that shuttle service is only for 5 miles radius! My office is 5.7 miles from the dealership in downtown LA. Also the wait for shuttle was 30 minutes! I requested that they prioritize servicing my vehicle so ilI dont have to wait gor shuttle and they did. While I was waiting in the lobby catching up on work, I noticed there was no bottled water and coffee machine was broken. I asked the receptionist for bottle water and they said they dont have any! Very disappointing visit!

Service was perfect my car is fixed.

Service was perfect my car is fixed. After spending $$$ on repairs I thought I would enjoy a coffee but absolutely no coffee cups!! Sorry I sound petty but seriously? And nobody can find me a coffee cup - you would think someone would at least offer me a BMW branded mug so I can get coffee

Thank you Korollos for the easy and wonderful buying experience. You were able to advocate for us and get us the best deal possible. I will return in the future to purchase my next BMW from you. On a side note, this is one of the cleanest dealerships O have ever been in. The lady must have cleaned the restroom theee times while we were there. The only issue I have is unfortunately I have to purchase Two tires. The two rear tires were replaced, but I did notice the fronts were rather worn. I took them to a tire shop and both tires are at 5/32. I know state law states they are under no official obligation to replace the tires if they are below 2/32, but if they would have said something I would have been interested in purchasing the two tires. Overall great experience, and I will definitely return to purchase my next BMW.
