Been having issues with my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee

Been having issues with my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland over the past year. Anibal and the service team were extremely professional, providing much better service than the other local Jeep dealerships. They took care of all the issues and I will be using Safford for all my Jeep services from here on out.

Radio station 104.

Radio station 104.1 and 107.9 were set to Spanish language. I would like for those stations to be set back to english also driver side seat heat turns on while driving and starting up vehicle.

My experience was terrific.

My experience was terrific. My advisor Drake greeted me upon my arrival. The service department had did a wonderful job on vehicle. I was out of before the time estimated & the price was cheaper by $16. I'm truly a satisfied customer.

Brought in with a check engine light on a Saturday,

Brought in with a check engine light on a Saturday, warned dealership that they had to read codes before turning car off, or codes would reset. They parked the car until Monday, and said there were no codes. This was the third step to get the codes read, all relating to the high voltage battery pack in our 2019 Pacifica hybrid, but with no codes, FCA won't approve battery replacement.
