Great experience
Nice, clean atmosphere, friendly customer service, easy car buying experience. We went to a few dealerships looking for a new truck and this was by far the best overall experience. We love our new truck.

Ken has always taken great care of myself and my vehicles. If he says that he will do something, you can count on it getting done and correctly. I have no complaints after 15 years of being a service customer and four new vehicles.

Best car buying experience ever.
The salesperson was the best we'd encountered over five dealerships. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Ram 1500. The finance person was equally as nice and helpful. Nobody was pushy just professional. I highly recommend this dealership.

I took my vehicle to the Safford dealership in...
I took my vehicle to the Safford dealership in Springfield because of a failed vehicle inspection due to a tire that was installed backwards and a daylight that was off. I was told I needed a light socket but they couldn’t figure out the part number for the light socket. I took it to the dealership to see if they could tell me the part number that was needed. They told me that the issue was not the light socket. That the whole lamp had to be replaced to pass inspection and that the other light also had to be changed. I told them the right light was working and I didn’t want it replaced. And the inspector said nothing about that light. After telling the sales rep repeatedly that I only wanted to fix the light that made the vehicle fail inspection, he said I had to prepay for the part. So, he made me pay $450 for a new lamp park and connector. I asked about the tires and they said that I needed 2 tires to pass inspection and they were $420 without labor and that I needed a new rim because mine was bent and it was $730. I told them I was not going to pay $420 for 2 tires. So, I prepaid for the light parts. On my way out, I noticed that the turn signal was not working and it was working before I brought it to the dealership. I turned around and told him that the light was working before. His reply was along the lines of “You see. We told you both lamps had to be replaced. You want me to order the second one?” This reply and the way in which he said it infuriated me. I told him that it was working before and to fix it. They did. Providing the caveat that I should really still order that other lamp. Btw, labor for one light was $250. So, it would have been $700 per light. By the time I left, there were so many red flags that I took the car to 2 other auto repair shops. They both said the rim was not bent and did not need to be replaced(so that’s $730 for a rim plus labor I avoided). And a tire was $80. If I wanted 2 it would have been $160 not $420. I got it installed for $25. Then I was told that I didn’t need the parts that the dealership had made me order for the daylight. That I only needed a socket and it was $17.50 plus $60 labor. That’s $77.50 versus the $700 that the dealership was going to charge on a part that they said was needed for it to pass inspection. So, the socket fixed the issue and my car passed inspection. When I told the dealership I wanted my money back for the part that I didn’t need that they made me pre-order by lying and deceiving me, they told me there is a 15% re-stocking fee and I would only get back a fraction of my money back. They failed to mention that before. My impression is that they are con artists. I went there for a failed inspection and they said I needed over $2500 worth on parts and repairs and I was able to get it fixed by $110.
