We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Subaru Outback XT Touring from Diablo Subaru in Walnut Creek. Our sales consultant Karl Salongcong helped us find the car that was perfect for our needs. Karl was very knowledgeable and at no time did we feel rushed to decide on a car. Initially, we went in to inquire about the Forester. Karl spent a couple of hours telling us all about the car. He had us sit in the car to see if it was roomy enough to our liking. We even test drove the car on the freeway. We told Karl we were not ready to purchase the car yet because we were leaving for New York and would be away for several weeks. Karl had our email address and cell phone number but did not bother us while we were away. A few days after our return, Karl texted to see how we were doing. We told him we were now considering an Outback XT Touring instead of the Forester. Karl said he wanted us to be happy with whatever car that we get. He arranged for us to go in to test drive an Outback XT Touring. After a week of pondering, we decided that the Outback XT Touring was the car for us. Unfortunately, the car that we test drove was sold just the day before we went back in to see Karl. Luckily, the Sales Manager at Diablo Subaru, Steven Gu, was able to get another one for us that day. We met with Steven on several occasions and found him to be very personable, welcoming and helpful. The Finance Manager, Bumi Lawani, made the signing of the purchase documents an informative and stress free experience. He has a warm personality that made us feel more than just customers. We can't say enough about our experience at Diablo Subaru and will be recommending them to anyone looking for a car!

Great service with Niclas. He arranged my uber back and forth home and dealer ship. I like the waiting area you can make your own latte, coffee, get some water, healthy snacks. Nice outdoor sitting/patio.
