My old car was breaking down and I needed a new car right...

My old car was breaking down and I needed a new car right away. I wanted a new Prius for gas economy and reliability commuting to work. Theo at Jim Coleman Toyota found me a new Prius with all the features and color I wanted available in his lot and I felt I got a very good price.

I purchased my 2010 Prius through Jason Parker. I was originally working with another dealership; however, my experience with Jim Coleman Toyota was much more plesant and professional. I highly reccomend to anyone shopping for a new car to check out this dealership. Additionally, I continue to take my car for service at Jim Coleman Toyota. The service department, specifically Ben Thurston, is friendly and always explains my service options. I sincerely recommend continuing your cars' service at Jim Coleman Toyota.

I love this dealership! Have worked with them for years....

I love this dealership! Have worked with them for years. They take great care of me and my car. They truly listen to me when we are talking about my needs for a new car, and work with me to get me into the right car for me and my wallet! I will buy my next car here as well.

Thoe is the man, he expained everything and took his time...

Thoe is the man, he expained everything and took his time with us. I have had the car for 3 years and would only go back to Jim Coleman and Theo for my next car. Theo understood my fear of being "sold" a car. He listened to what I wanted and showed me a few options that would fit. He was realistic with me and let me make my own decisions.

This was by far the best car buying experience I have...

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very professional and helpful. My sales person (Theo) was very knowledgeable about all the cars I test drove and very patient. He was helpful in helping me pick the right car for my needs. Alex explained all my paperwork so that I knew exactly what everything meant. I love my new car!

I usually have my car serviced here on a regular basis...

I usually have my car serviced here on a regular basis and that is the reason i brought my car in this most recent time. To start with I received both an email and a phone call from my adviser (Ben) reminding me it was time for service. I easily made my appointment online, which was very convenient. Then brought my car in on a Saturday morning. Things were very busy, with lots of cars coming and going. I was very impressed with how efficient and smooth everything seemed to be going in this busy place. I was met at my car by a young man who directed me to my adviser. I waited a short 5 minutes to check in with Ben. My car was ready before the promised time. I didnt have any coupons but Ben let me know that there was a current one available and applied it to my bill. Thank you Ben for saving me a little extra. And thank you Jim Coleman service department for taking such good care of me and my car!

I absolutely loved my car buying experience at Jim...

I absolutely loved my car buying experience at Jim Coleman Toyota! I have bought many cars before but this time I actually enjoyed it! The salesman, Keith Paton, is such a pleasure! He had a wealth of information and explained everything to me with ease. He really knows his product and likes it. It is obviously that this guy really believes in the cars he sells and really loves his job. Everyone at the dealership is happy and friendly. It looks like a great company who really takes care of not only their customers but their employees too. The whole process went smoothly, quickly and it was painless. Oh...I don't want to forget to tell you that I got an amazing deal on my Toyota Camry and on my trade in. I love Keith Paton and Jim Coleman Toyota! I would recommend them for the best auto buying experience ever!!!

A few weeks ago, I apprehensively began my search for a new Toyota Camry. After a horrific buying experience with a few local dealers about 3 years ago, I vowed to never to purchase a Toyota in the DC Metro area again. I contacted Jim Coleman Toyota via email and I received a phone call from Jason Parker. He was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable about the Camry. I scheduled an appointment with him to test drive the LE and SE model. Needless to say I purchased the vehicle that day without hesitation, the entire process quick, enjoyable and stress-free. I just want to say Thank you to Jason and the Jim Coleman family for restoring my faith in Toyota.

I have purchased two cars from Jim Coleman Toyota and the experience was exceptional. I have recommended several of my friends and family members. The no-pressure sales approach, along with a good price will keep me coming back. The service department is always fast and efficient, as well.
