Professional and Personable

My husband and I recently visited Chevrolet of Montebello in search for a new Chevy Traverse. Upon arriving, we were graciously welcomed by Janet Lopez who connected us with salesman Gonzolo Salazar. Both team members were extremely professional, yet personable. Gonzolo was honest and respected our time (i.e. we completed our purchase in a timely manner) and we feel that he gave us the best deal possible! We were completely satisfied with our experience and our brand new car! If you are in search of a new vehicle, we highly recommend that you visit Chevrolet of Montebello…and ask for Gonzolo.

4 hour wait for an oil change!

My oil change appointment was @11am my car wasn?t ready until almost 3pm! Ridiculous!
