experience

I don't like car saleman but I brought a rav4 limited saleman scott Zachariasen was awesome he showed me everything more than once my T100 is 22 yrs old so I,m really have to learn!

Great customer service and amazing reliable cars

Great customer service. The dealership is elegant and cozy. They provided me with a free shuttle so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership. The one thing is missing is way higher wifi speeds. I felt like it was the year 2000. I wanted to work there while waiting for my car but I couldn't because of the internet speed. Pump it up and jump into 2018 the same way you do with your cars and the customer experience will be even better. Also the vending machines only sell crapy options, nothing healthy, non GMO or organic. So if the goal is for hungry people to get a sugar high and increase the chances of diabetes, you are doing well.

Brakes and Tires and Alignment, OH MY!

Friendly, quickly, correctly!!!!!!!!! My Highlander was purchased from Lithia, 4 years ago and I've had no problems, and all servicing and new tires have been purchased there!

Won?t sell at NADA fair market value

My bank would only loan for the NADA value of the car and Lithia was not willing to sell for the fair market value. They felt they could sell to anyone over that value.

Geat people to work with

The staff was great to work with as they worked as a team. I dealt with multiple sales people and they were all very helpful. The price was great with very little haggling. The best part was they had me out of there in a little over an hour. Definitely worth taking a look at.
