They put wrong size tires on Durango I bought. Andy said they weren't wrong and call dodge. Dodge said they're wrong. Andy won't fix it.

Service department
Beware of service department. Bought new tacoma and it didn’t drive strait. Went in 3 times to correct problems. Fix was to swap tire location. After first oil change truck leaked oil. I hope this brand new engine wasn’t compromised. Will never bring my truck back to Missoula Toyota for service.

Oil Change
The Tech who checked my car in was courteous and relaxed. I walked around while I waited and spoke to Sales Rep Brian Mohn who was very helpful regarding my questions about the future of hybrids. I always enjoy the waiting area with the TV. Megan McCarthy checked me out. She was GREAT!! Very helpful. I always appreciate the free carwash at Happy Days.

Awesome Service Experience
I arrived at my purported service appointment made through the Chat line only to find out no such appointment existed. This part of the experience shows a national support operation has no clue about local conditions. Appalling. However, the Service Manager took Me right in without an appointment and got my Tundra into service for a windshield wiper problem. Kudos for the personal attention and cooperation. Excellent support and I will come back when in Missoula for any service needs, even though my home Montana base is Livingston. Ressler takes care of Me in Bozeman. Thank you Lithia.
