The dealership was great but they should let the

The dealership was great but they should let the customers know that it’s about a 3 to 4 hour process when I get an a or in the service stand I did not know that so I had to sit there and wait because it was the first one I have done first time I’ve on the Mercedes.

The guy said he would text me when the car was done, but

The guy said he would text me when the car was done, but he didn’t. I asked him to check one of the buttons that wasn’t working. They claimed to check it, but the button still didn’t work when I got the car. Not great service for an $800 oil change.

I went to sell my car at another dealership on Saturday

I went to sell my car at another dealership on Saturday to make a purchase @ Mercedes Benz.. Well of course after I called to make sure the vehicle was available before I sold my car…all was good. So I say ok sold. I called and asked Dalton to send an updated purchase order to send to my bank to purchase and all he wrote was what is the bank name so I can put it on the purchase order. I replied and never heard from him. Monday morning I get on the website and it says sold and it wasn’t to me. I called to complain because Bruce who I’ve been talking to couldn’t text or call to let me know it had been sold. Come to find out 1 min after I sent my bank name to Dalton the vehicle sold. Nice of either of them to let me know before I got rid of my car. Hope the vehicle isn’t as crappy as the customer service you get.
