Suzy sold me a car with a problem then told me the problem I was experiencing did not exist. The service department took the car for a week gave it back said it's fixed but it wasn't so they said the problem doesn't exist. No video or information will lead them to fix problem. All emails and calls are ignored. If you have a problem, they will play games with fake appointments and service and once you bought it, you own it they don't care about defects, warranties. They will not return calls or emails.

Thanks to Suzy’s exceptional sales skills and sharp focus, the entire process was incredibly smooth and completely free of buyer’s remorse. Even with a complex international wire transfer, she managed to wrap everything up in a single visit, helping me secure the exact Mercedes I wanted at the best price. Billy from the finance team was also amazing—he handled all the irregular, manual paperwork with incredible speed and professionalism. To top it all off, Mike even gifted me a charger! Went in around 6pm on a random Wednesday night for my mother in law. We inquired about a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle we found on their website and upon calling, I was told that it was indeed available and they would have it prepped for driving upon arrival. My wife and I arrive with my mother in law and were helped right away by Hanny Soliman, who was not initially my salesperson, however, was the one who eventually stayed with us and helped us throughout the whole process. Mr. Hanny was incredibly kind, thoughtful, attentive, answered all our questions with professionalism and care. I can 100% honestly say I never stepped foot in a Mercedes Dealership, and because of him, I am definitely going to be purchasing one for myself in the near future. I have never experienced such great customer service, pricing was upfront and direct, no games, and they even stayed past closing to wrap up the deal. Mr. Hanny followed up with phone calls to ask about how the vehicle was driving several days after and answered additional questions we had. What a wonderful experience here at CalStar Motors Inc (this is NOT a paid review). Like I said before, I only ever experienced Honda, Toyota, and Hyundai dealerships in the past, however, after this experience, my next purchase will definitely be coming from here and from Hanny.
