I took my Chrysler Pacifica with an electric problem on the dashboard and they fixed, but they did something wrong to the whole electronic car and I 'm really sad that they want to charchme to fix something they did wrong, I 'll never go back to that dealer not even to buy a car

I went to bud clary dodge in moses lake to get my car worked on. The minute I walked in I could hear yelling from out in the shop. Turns out one of the techs, who I found out is named Christian was cursing out some poor old guy who had brought his vehicle in. Turns out the tire machine broke and damaged the rim. The man quite understandably wanted them to fix the damage. Well this mechanic was screaming and actually cursing this guy out and telling the man they wouldn't fix it!! Wow! And the service writer was just standing there letting this tech do that to a customer! I left. I would never go back here! Take your business elsewhere because you'll get better service.
