Liars

Went in for a recall today told me my front breaks need replaced so i went to les schwab whom not only a month ago put on the new tires and messured 8mm on my pads and i just left les schwab and they shoed me no changes but bud clary did give me a $540 quote to get the front pads done. Never going to even buy a car for these criminals again

Fix my car

They took so long to fix my jeep and at the end they switch my extra tire for a old one they suck So I Dont recommend to take your car here

STAY AWAY!!!!

Came in with my 2014 jeep latitude because it was leaking coolant. I spent 4 days arguing with a guy in service because he kept saying i had to pay $1300 and it would be done in 2 days and i didnt have warranty. My jeep only had 28k miles and i had purchased extended warranty as well. When i went in one day with my paperwork turns out they fired the guy. The next guy told me that parts had been ordered and it would be a few days. When parts got in they gave me a date and told me that it would be ready. They changed the date and time 4 different times. After being in the shop for 15 days they told me that when they were putting everything back together they found 4 stripped bolts and that i needed a new engine! They finally got an engine in and locked my vehicle because of the Blow and Go i had. I had to get my vehicle towed to a different shop to be serviced for that then towed back to the dealership and they said it was my fault i had that on there. After all that they triggered the blow and go AGAIN so i had to pay for that to get serviced again. They finally gave me my vehicle back after 36 days and they forgot to plug my fog lights back in. So i had to take it back to them once again and after 3 hours i got it back and had to get my battery replaced because of it. Worst service i have ever received. It is better to pay to have your vehicle towed to another dealership than to deal with Bud Clary. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

Horrible Customer Service

Spent a whole week working with a Sales rep Raymond on trying to setup a new truck. Found one and said that we had it locked in for a Saturday deal. I tried responding to him via phone, email, Voicemail and he never responded back. I tried calling 3 times today (Friday) and was transferred 6 times, put on hold 10 times and hung up on twice only to find out they sold the truck yesterday... Absolutely horrific customer service and will plan on NEVER doing business with Bud Clary again.

Great cars! Great Service! Great employees!

I had a great experience buying my car from Bud Clary in Moses Lake. Katelyn was awesome. I called about a car that I saw online and she was so helpful. The car I was looking at was not going to be ready so I asked about other vehicles that they might have in my price range, size, mileage, etc. Katelyn went above and beyond to find the right car for me. When I arrived the car was waiting for me to test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was able to get the car at the price/payments that I wanted. It was a great experience overall.

I took my Chrysler Pacifica with an electric problem on the dashboard and they fixed, but they did something wrong to the whole electronic car and I 'm really sad that they want to charchme to fix something they did wrong, I 'll never go back to that dealer not even to buy a car
