Met with Tariq whom I asked about new tires on car we were looking at, his response was we dont do that, I said that ray skillman had the same car and would put them on Tariq's respounce was well go there then. As I walked to door he said wait and passed us off to Tim Smith with whom agreed with giving us tires. Car was not serviced very well, dead battery, burnt oil ect.

I understand you can't wash and vaccum cars everyday, but there is no excuse for food in back seat. I mean there was trash back there. And the rest of car either had stains, or it wasn't wiped. Very rough looking car. The pictures were deceiving. I like they let you test drive without them, but they should look over the car when you come back because unfortunately some people are disrespectful. The salesman was sitting on his butt inside when I came back. And no, it was prior to our cold snap. It was a decent day. I saw another car at their Westfield location and it too looked either stained or not cleaned.

Working with mike and the team was very easy! Great customer service and selection of used cars! I would definitely buy a car from this dealer again.
