I recently bought a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV, and my experience with this dealership was great. After about a week or two of car shopping, I was ready to close a deal quickly if the numbers worked. Gabby was fantastic—patient, friendly, and helpful as I looked at several vehicles. She made choosing between two options easier without any pressure. The finance guy was also transparent and easy to work with. While I’m not a fan of dealerships sneaking in optional add-ons, I was happy with the monthly payment, so I let it slide. In hindsight, I might’ve skipped the optional GPS, but overall, I’m satisfied. I left with the car I wanted, the payment I was looking for, and great service from both Gabi and the finance team. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

These people are robbers with invisible ski masks!

These people are robbers with invisible ski masks! RUN! They are selling branded title lemon buy back (think salvaged) 2019-2020 Chevy Bolts at full price or higher! Also had the nerve to offer me $100 (that's right 3 digits) for my clean title 2017 no damage trade-in. Absolutely no integrity or honesty, straight crooks!

Was Originally purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership but felt like I was being given the run-around. 1/2 way through the purchase, didn't feel right, so I left. on the way home I received a call from Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park from a previous search. Premier had a similar Chevy Colorado, so I decided to swing by Premier. I was met my Ed and Ty who just made everything feel prefect. Together they made sure I was a valued and welcomed customer. the experience was completely different than Connell. Ed introduced me to Sandra, who made my appointment and that the items I wanted added would be available, Sandra followed up and let me know everything was in and ready to be installed as scheduled. Steve in the Service Department met me at car upon arrival, explained installation details and when it would be available. My Chevy Colorado was ready to go at the time they promised. I Love my new Colorado! Thank you, Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park!

Horrible service/would not recommend

Regular oil change has now turned into a complete nightmare and thousands of dollars of repairs. Car had zero issues prior to taking into dealership. I see why there is a D- review in the BBB website. Would never go back or recommend the dealer as the refused to take responsibility! I will be writing reviews of my experience anywhere that I can to help future people looking for place to do repairs and buy cars

Bad Service Customer Service

Very unsatisfied again. From this new truck having an electrical problem on this truck being so new, to getting hung up, to not getting updates from its initial date if drop off 12/13 until I had to call four days after and then the teuck hadn't even been diagnosed. Steve telling me they dont know of course and it would be checked Monday. One week just sitting there! Finally, get a call back but it was another Chevy rep telling me I need to schedule to service the truck!!! I said its already there for a problem I'm waiting for an update! Finally Steve says they saw rodent feet on the engine and that cables might have chewed them up and that is not covered. I couldn't believe this. Finally going on two weeks, busy working mom without my truck during busiest holidays, getting an update that it was the fuel injection!! We know for a fact had it been properly diagnosed it would NOT have taken almost 2 weeks to fix a fuel injector. Finally, go pick up the truck and,mind you, still in a disappointing manner, the front desk were on a very uncaring unwelcoming dry manner. Very poor service at this premiere from answering the very bad telephone system full of static, getting hung up more than twice, no communication. To executing the problem in a timely manner, PLEASE RE TRAIN STAFF, HIRE COMPETENT STAFF, work on customer service!!!!!

By far The Best

Both Sales and Service departments are stellar. We?ve never been treated as well as we are at Premier. We travel a very long distance ?and it?s worth every mile. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
