2026: I have to say after Stephen left it seemed service was a little low, but Sandra always made it worth coming back with her enthusiasm great customer service. She is the heart of the service department, but now they have a new associate Raymond Zabala. Great person very knowledgeable and talk about Great Customer Service, I have to say A 5 star is kinda low for him. I will continue to bring my vehicle to Premier Chevrolet thank you, Sandra and thank you Raymond.

Service department is the worst I have ever visited, could not get status at all, I finally had to go sit at the dealership to finally get a response.

took my car to do alignment, this spot catch me cause of good reviews even their prices higher than others, service staff was very friendly but nothing was done brought my car at 10am was expecting it finished in few hours cause i did appointment a week ahead so got back at 3.40pm and was informed that my car still waiting and not gonna be done today was very disappointed so have to take it to other place i wouldnt trust this dealer again

I recently bought a 2025 Chevy Equinox EV, and my experience with this dealership was great. After about a week or two of car shopping, I was ready to close a deal quickly if the numbers worked. Gabby was fantastic—patient, friendly, and helpful as I looked at several vehicles. She made choosing between two options easier without any pressure. The finance guy was also transparent and easy to work with. While I’m not a fan of dealerships sneaking in optional add-ons, I was happy with the monthly payment, so I let it slide. In hindsight, I might’ve skipped the optional GPS, but overall, I’m satisfied. I left with the car I wanted, the payment I was looking for, and great service from both Gabi and the finance team. Definitely a 10 out of 10 experience!

Great service team was very attentive and completed the work timely. They shared all the recommended repairs and there was no pressure to complete.

These people are robbers with invisible ski masks! RUN! They are selling branded title lemon buy back (think salvaged) 2019-2020 Chevy Bolts at full price or higher! Also had the nerve to offer me $100 (that's right 3 digits) for my clean title 2017 no damage trade-in. Absolutely no integrity or honesty, straight crooks!

Was Originally purchasing a vehicle from a different dealership but felt like I was being given the run-around. 1/2 way through the purchase, didn't feel right, so I left. on the way home I received a call from Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park from a previous search. Premier had a similar Chevy Colorado, so I decided to swing by Premier. I was met my Ed and Ty who just made everything feel prefect. Together they made sure I was a valued and welcomed customer. the experience was completely different than Connell. Ed introduced me to Sandra, who made my appointment and that the items I wanted added would be available, Sandra followed up and let me know everything was in and ready to be installed as scheduled. Steve in the Service Department met me at car upon arrival, explained installation details and when it would be available. My Chevy Colorado was ready to go at the time they promised. I Love my new Colorado! Thank you, Premier Chevrolet of Buena Park!

Regular oil change has now turned into a complete nightmare and thousands of dollars of repairs. Car had zero issues prior to taking into dealership. I see why there is a D- review in the BBB website. Would never go back or recommend the dealer as the refused to take responsibility! I will be writing reviews of my experience anywhere that I can to help future people looking for place to do repairs and buy cars
