Fitzgerald is the place to be
Looked at cars and fell in love with the Hyundai Elantra. They gave me a good deal and went through with it. The sales team is amazing and friendly. I had issues with the service center. I left my car at the dealership overnight to get it detailed in the morning for undercoating. I called twice to confirm my appointment in the early morning to get it done. I later found out that I wasn't even in the system for the appointment. I left my car there over night and missed work for no reason. I left without my under coat because I was pressed for time (it was noon at this point and the service center opens at 7:30am). I rescheduled for another day.

Love the Fitz Way!!
Our Sales person Gerardo Jara was very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with , which made for an awesome buying experience. Always regret getting a new car because of all of the back and forth and high pressure sales but not here!. Khy Tilton and Felipe Teixeira both sales managers made the process most pleasant and stress free . I highly recommend Gerardo ask for him you wont regret it !

Quick and efficient
This past Sunday I put in a price inquiry through Edmunds.com. It returned pricing results from three different dealers. Within an hour Lisa, the sales lady, sent me an email and left a phone message. We decided to take a test drive. Within half an hour, we were testing driving a new Camry Hybrid. We loved the car. After a brief negotiation we settled on a price that we were happy with. And before dinner I drove the new car home. The whole process was relaxing, smooth, efficient and hassle free.

Peter Musumeci - Great sales experience
If you want a smooth experience buying a new car, stop into Fitzmall Toyota in Gaithersburg, MD on N. Frederick Ave. and ask for Pete Musumeci. Pete made what would otherwise be a tense experience purchasing an expensive car into an enjoyable time. He is laid back, puts no pressure on the buyer, and made the buying process easy for me. And he doesn't abandon you once the deal is done, he'll followup to ensure all is well. Who Are All the Hangers On?
This was such a weird experience! We enjoyed the salesman, Chris Veres, but then had to endure two hours of pitches by an insurance guy (we already have insurance, all we had to do was call Geico to get the car covered), a woman trying to sell some kind of exterior paint coating, a strange fellow who made us wait while he smoked a cigarette before trying to help us get the car registered, etc. It was my impression that everyone but Chris -- maybe him too, don't know -- are freelancers, "independent contractors," who hang around the dealership trying to pick up business. None of them knew the least thing about getting a car insured, registered and license-plated in DC. It's like they'd never heard there was a big city nearby, Washington, with different rules, laws, regulations etc. Everything but chatting with Chris and actually driving the car home was pretty much intolerable. But the price was good, and the car is lovely. Just have to endure the hangers on.

Reasonable prices and excellent services
I have very positive experience of interaction with Fitzgerald Lakeforest Toyota: the prices for used cars are reasonable, technical condition of used cars is excellent, sales personnel is very friendly and attentive. The employee Olga Kuznetsova is very professional. She spent lots of time to show all available cars of the model which I was looking for, prepared all required documentation and assisted at all steps. She deserves 5 stars.

Great service purchasing a car
Fitzgerald Toyota was recommended by my brother who had purchased two cars there. Even though it was more distant than other dealers, I was pleased that I had taken my brother's recommendation. I made an appointment with a salesman, Chuck Thomas. Not only is he competent about the entire sales process but he is extremely personable. He answered all my questions and made the buying process easy. After I bought the car, he gave me his card and said he would be available if I had any questions or concerns. I subsequently had a few questions which he answered and again told me to feel free to contact him with any issue related to the car. He is a good representative for the dealership.

A pleasurable experience!
I have spent a lot of time looking for a car to match my personality and for a reasonable price, of course. I have explored lots of car dealerships but finally went to this fitzgerald lakeforest dealer. And I am so glad I did it! The Sales Consultant Ms Kuznetsova spotted me exploring the cars in front of the dealership, and when given the specifications and description of the car I needed she quickly recommended me the Scion FR-S car! Luckily, they had a special version of that car on display - absolutely fabolous bright-yellow colored twin-exhaust racecar! And then I understood:" Yes, it is the car I want". Olga described all the additional features of this car, so I realized that this is not just an ordinary race car but the masterpiece of engineering! All in all, thanks to professionalism of Sales Consultant Olga and a complimentary cup of coffee (thank you very much for coffee as it was really cold outside that day), the visit to this car dealer was a great experience!
