I recently purchased a new RX 350h at Crown Lexus

I recently purchased a new RX 350h at Crown Lexus dealership, and was helped by Tony Huynh. He was helpful in so many ways, and helped guide me through the car buying process. He is very responsive and knowledgeable to any inquiries. In fact, the specific car I wanted was available in inventory at a different dealership, and he was gracious enough to work with that other dealership to obtain the car for me. Once we settled on pricing and when I was ready to move forward with purchasing the car, he himself went to go pick up the car from the other dealership (approximately 140 - 150 miles round trip). He just wanted to help in any way. He is very courteous, and not once did I ever feel any sales pressure from him at all. If you are considering purchasing a Lexus, I would easily recommend to request for Tony.

Abel did a great job for us. Just wish Michelle would have found my Credit Union pre-approval in the Cudl portal as soon as we arrived instead of after spending the whole day there and running our credit thru a different Credit Union unnecessarily.

No too happy?

I thought I had made a good buy because of the miles on the vehicle. I only drove if around the dealership where street was long and smooth. It drove fine. I left the dealership very late that evening with my new/used car. I hit a small pothole around the corner from dealership and arrived home with a flat and various sensors on dashboard. I went back next morning, 11 hours later, and I asked if I could exchange vehicle for something more practical instead. I was told I could not. During the buying process, I was not shown by Finance options, or credit score and told it was much lower than what credit bureaus were reporting. So now I?m feeling like I got a really bad deal. DMV said I have two days on used vehicles but I was told no, I couldn?t. Now I?m afraid to drive car due to its sensitivity. They did however repair the tire and that is appreciated, but I?m no longer happy about this purchase.
