Very courteous and helpful sales staff. I told them over the phone what I was looking for. I empathized I didn't have time for sales pitches and the price I was working for (I already had a secured price with a refundable deposit from another dealership. The problem was the car was on order with no definite delivery date). So they had to beat the price I had already negotiated. Crown Lexus went to work immediately (which really I didn't expect) as the car was not in their inventory. To my surprise, they found what I wanted within a few days at our local port of delivery. The car was destined for another dealership, but Crown said they would try to get it if I gave them the 'Go Ahead'. Crown secured the vehicle and I had my new Lexus the next day. I couldn't have asked for better service. And on top of that, I received a substantial savings over the other the car I put a deposit. Crown is the best!

Dealership put the wrong VIN on my contract. Made it a very inconvenient and cumbersome purchase. Zero negotiation. Interested in closing deals not forming a relationship with customer. Other Lexus dealers treated customers like the ONLY customer during the deal.

Never will our family do business with this dealership again. They are shady AF. We have yet to receive our car which we paid in full!! Our car is up for bid for transporting it and because Lexus IS so cheap no transportation company is willing to pick up and deliver. We paid 900 to Crown Lexus to deliver and they put it out to bid for 350!!!! No one at Lexus IS returning out calls. We’re getting a complete runaround! Buyer beware.

I had a very pleasant experience,I was treated with respect and dignity.I told the sales consultant, Justin Donald, What I wanted, and we came to an agreement that there would be no games played. If a deal could be made he would tell and if it could not be made ,we would part way ,no harm no foul. a Deal was made in 30 min.
