This was the 160,000 mile service for our ES300. Tony Hang has been my service consultant for over 10 years and has consistently ensured that I have received excellent care. This time he discovered a leak in my radiator (original equipment) before it could allow enough loss of coolant to damage the engine, and recommended its replacement. His explanation was clear, he showed me the evidence of the leak, and was able to expedite the replacement of the radiator. He and the dealership have consistently taken excellent care of our two Lexus vehicles (one 20 years old and one 15 years old) and they continue to operate as good as new. Tony has consistently communicated with me with understanding and empathy, and at a level which I could understand. I highly recommend Crown Lexus for Lexus service and cannot praise Tony enough for his caring, knowledgeable, and excellent customer service.

Took car In for a dealer checkup after receiving a list of potential problems that needed to be fixed from a local repair shop that had changed my oil.
