great customer service.
great customer service. facility was very clean. Parts department was very professional and informative on products. The service writer was very knowledgeable and very professional. They washed my vehicle which i was not expecting.

I recently visited Chevrolet of Upland to see a Chevy
I recently visited Chevrolet of Upland to see a Chevy Silverado that was advertised online for around $36,000, but my experience there was extremely disappointing and frustrating. What was supposed to be a simple truck inquiry quickly turned into what I believe was a classic bait-and-switch situation. When I arrived, I was told that the advertised model was not what I expected — it turned out to be a very basic stock version. The salesman then told me about another truck, a 2025 Chevy Silverado, claiming it had all the bells and whistles but was one year older. He quoted me a price of $45,000, which I felt was fair considering the features. I explained to him that I’m a survivor of the Eaton Canyon fire that happened on January 7, 2025, and that I had lost my work truck in that disaster. I also told him that an organization was willing to help me replace the vehicle. I asked him to speak with his sales manager to see if they could work with me on the price. Unfortunately, that’s when the experience went from disappointing to downright unprofessional. The sales manager came across as nonchalant, unsympathetic, and disrespectful. Instead of helping, he tried to raise the price to $50,000, which felt like a slap in the face, especially after I explained my situation. His attitude was cold, greedy, and completely lacking in compassion. To make matters worse, I noticed that during the entire hour and a half I was there, I was the only customer on the lot — which now makes perfect sense. After what I experienced, I can clearly understand why. Overall, my visit to Chevrolet of Upland was a complete letdown. I left feeling misled, disrespected, and taken advantage of. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you value honesty, professionalism, and integrity, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
