My granddaughter found a used car on the website and we drove to this dealership to view and drive it. After driving and completing the application, it took over an hour before her “closer” came to speak with us. The price he quoted was almost 12K more than the Internet price. He justified the pricing as additional “dealer installed” accessories and extended warranty. We were looking at a certified so as to stay in her budget ( not to have to buy a warranty). He then offered to discount the garbage accessories down to just under $5000. We later found the car on their website for $500 less than originally advertised…which would have made the deal. This place was horrible BTW Samantha was super. Management not even close

Bad service and rudeness
I’m sorry but this is not gonna be a great review I’ve been at your dealership in El Cajon Kia over past five years I have bought four or five vehicles plus my son and my daughter was getting ready to purchase which now I will not let her buy I had a bad experience the last three times I try to buy a used vehicle this last time with some wannabe cowboy trying to tell me something that he don’t even know what he’s talking aboutI think it’s pretty sad returning customer getting upset and wanting to speak to the owner after buying that many vehicles and spending at least 150.000 dollars on cats treated that way

Not Happy With Service.
I recently visited Team Kia of El Cajon service department. I was greeted very aggressively by the woman on staff. It made me feel uncomfortable and out of place. This is by far the worst experience that I have had at this location. I am so disappointed. I noticed when a white women entered into the area I was in she was greeted by that same women in a less aggressive tone. I am huge advocate for fair treatment!!! I am contemplating on doing business elsewhere. As I left the area as she instructed me to she kept on yelling out things I believe she was aware that her tone is aggressive and if that’s how they’re training the staff here they need to rethink it because I felt singled out and it was embarrassing.
