Alan Ribner is a true professional. He knows cars better than anyone. He's also the nicest guy you'll ever meet! I keep coming back to Toyota of Leesburg because of Alan. Moreover, all the staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. So far, I've traded in two cars and purchased five from Toyota of Leesburg, and I definitely recommend that you don't waste your time anywhere else!

I was told that the repair would take one to two hours so

I was told that the repair would take one to two hours so I waited for my car at the service center. It actually took 6 hours for them to give me my car back. I beard the mecanic say it took him one and a half hours, so even though I had an appointment my acr waited hours for service. And one day later the same check engine light came back on so they did not fix the issue.

Took my car in to drop off for an oil change and

Took my car in to drop off for an oil change and inspection. I walked in through the service bay and up to the service desk. I came upon service manager Daniel Carabantes watching a video on his phone with another associate and waited about 30 some seconds for a response. After saying ?excuse me? for the second time I moved on over to the next attendant Louis who was absolutely fantastic, I would have given 5 stars but I want to let upper management know how fantastic Louis was to me throughout the whole visit and during and after In contrast to such a cold reception I got at the service bay. Louis attended to me while Daniel pretended to not notice he has snubbed me and proceeded to stuff his face with a Danish at his post. If this is what passes for management at AutoNation then I hate to think what Louis has to go through each day. Great work Louis ?

The customer service here was very good! Everyone was nice, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The whole process felt smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated the friendly atmosphere. Ayaan was awesome !

Very helpful and polite.

Very helpful and polite. They showed us a lot of different options for each model. The paperwork took a little longer than expected since we did not finance and could have used a little more explanation on all the electronics

I had great experience selling my car.

I had great experience selling my car. Process was fast, transparent and smooth. I particular Alan helped me thru it and I thank him for making this a great experience. He kept me up to date as process moved forward and told me about the steps that I needed to do with State and county after selling the car. Very helpful.
