Horrible.
Horrible. Never experienced anything like what I went through when buying a vehicle. It was like I wasn't approved through Chase and I had my approval certificate with me.

Great service. Great people! My only complaint is I wish they had loaner vehicles for long repairs. Other than that I have no complaints with my experience.

Inventory was the best.
Inventory was the best. I was shopping for F450 and found very few. McDavid had plenty to choose from and staff was awesome. I will definitely shop them in the future.

Was a very unpleasant experience dealing with the staff
Was a very unpleasant experience dealing with the staff at this dealership. Loved the car but the buying process was a very long unpleasant experience. They state there is a 172 point inspection on the vehicle. Looked the vehicle over and there was a long screw imbedded in the upper portion of the sidewall of the tire. Really makes you wonder about the inspection process. Had there tire completely replaced.Was there for close to 6 hours before I finally got out of there.
