We recently purchased a brand new 2026 Dodge Durango GT Plus from Klaben Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Kent, and we had a wonderful experience working with Mike Pedone. I have to admit — I’m usually not a fan of car salesmen. I have plenty of stories I could tell from past experiences. But Mike was different from the start. What stood out most was that he treated us like people, not a sales target. He didn’t ask a bunch of personal questions about where we lived or what we did for a living. He wasn’t pushy, and he truly listened to our wishes and needs. We never felt pressured or rushed into buying a vehicle. When we first visited Klaben, Mike even printed off a window sticker for us because we were trying to take a picture of it. Since it was the first dealership we visited, we thanked him and told him we’d be in touch. We never did go anywhere else as we found ‘at home’ with Mike. A few days later we were ready to deal — and Mike was successful in getting us the price we wanted for our new Durango! It’s the little things Mike does that set him apart from the rest. He cleaned my old license plate and even used a bit of sandpaper to make it look almost new. He noticed my radio was set to 97.5 and programmed that station into my new Durango before we left. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Mike Pedone and will absolutely recommend him to our friends and family anytime we have the opportunity.

Chris was very patient with me , deciding to lease , instead of buy. I am pleased as punch and am happy I got the Pacifica. I traded in both cars (Dodge van and Cadillac srx} and now I have a combination of both. All the safety ,comfort and pleasure of a new vehicle with bumper to bumper warranty. Still trying to memorize all it can do. Thanks, Frank Kohout

My Jeep Wrangler was towed in for a major repair that ended up taking several weeks, and understandably I was very frustrated at first. Throughout the entire process, Josh was incredibly pleasant, professional, and helpful. He made sure to keep me informed every step of the way, giving me weekly updates and setting clear expectations on the repair timeline and when I could expect my vehicle back.
