It took so long to check the car in. 40 minute wait when you scheduled way in advanced for maintenance at 7am April 25th. We arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time and we didn’t get checked in until 735. Too long of a wait.

I went in for routine maintenance, but also had some worries of errors that populated on my dash. Anxious of the price and damage, all of it seemed to go away with the service provided. John made sure everything was taken care of. His humor along with his transparency was what I needed. The car was serviced excellently, John was great, and this service center was thousand times better than the one in Mission Valley.

I bought my car here and 2021 and will never buy a car here again due the Service department. The truly insincere, predatory staff is happy to overcharge you and give you horrible customer service to top it off. They last (and final) time had my car serviced here I asked the advisor John if there was any discount available for the $1450 of service perform, he said he would adjust my total to include a return customer discount and a coupon from their flyers they send. He never did, the cashier told me she wasn?t there for the conversation I had with him so there was nothing she could do. The Service Department at Pacific Honda is a stain on the entire company. Every service I?ve had perform there feels predatory and hollow. GO BUY YOUR CAR ANYWHERE BUT HERE
