Pacific Honda

Purchased a new 2025 civic LX last year. Dealer was very friendly. Advice: don’t buy any packages addons except for extended warranty. Front right strut gave out, but it was covered under warranty and the Service Advisor I worked with, Bryan, was very helpful. Only reason I gave a 4 star and not a 5 is because I purchased the oil change and wheel rotation add on up until 60k miles, but they kept doing just the oil change and not the tire rotation.

I’ve leased many vehicles over the years and have dealt with quite a few dealerships, so I can honestly say that my experience at Pacific Honda was one of the best I’ve ever had. From the very beginning, he was honest, straightforward, extremely responsive, and incredibly quick. He made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. JR, the manager, and Lua in Finance were equally outstanding. They continued the same level of professionalism, honesty, and customer service throughout the entire process. This was my second time bringing in my Civic Type R in for an oil change with Pacific Honda and I couldn’t be any happier with their team. Erick C. was my advisor once again and he was very kind and friendly as always. I appreciate the communication from him and his team. The tech was careful with my car and I even got a video of the inspection which was really nice to see! Once again thank you Pacific Honda and Erick for taking care of me and my vehicle!

Excelente customer service but still having same problem with my 2025 crv honda is saying that the car have a bad engine so going to replace it it a lemon but at lease I had a rental car from u guys into my car get fix it been at pacific honda twin first times all the ligth went on like a christmas tree the second times at the dealership for the same problem second times lose all the power on the engine had a bad shake went u turn on the air conditioner
