The work order and survey were addressed and sent to Kurt instead of Cynthia Kaufman. Therefore, I was not notified when the vehicle was ready. I am the only person in the family that has ever had this car serviced.

Service was unkind and they passed me around with no answers or help. They did not make me or other customers feel weldon and they did not answer questions and they felt burdened.

Purchasing a vehicle from Pacific Honda was a great experience. Mario was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. I did not feel pressured at all during the process. I would recommend Mario specifically to friends or family shopping for a new or used car.

I have a 2010 Honda Element that has been serviced by Pacific Honda since my 2013 purchase of the car. I have had no major problems with my car - just quality scheduled maintenance during the years I've had it. Shawn Dvergsten is the service manager and is excellent. All employees are friendly and helpful.

This is primarily for the USED car dealer side. I have been a long time honda customer. The last new car I bought from Pacific Honda was in 2022, a Honda Ridgeline. Great vehicle and service on the new side. On Friday, May 22, 2026, because I trusted the dealers track record, I went in to buy a used car for my niece. The car sales person, Nina, was very kind. My niece had a 10k dollar budget and she saw a used 2016 Toyota Corolla sedan with 169,699k miles just a couple of hundred dollars above her budget. During the test drive Nina said all vehicles at Pacific Honda come inspected prior to being sold at PACIFIC HONDA lots. And the test drive did not show any dashboard errors. So my niece purchased the vehicle. Well, my niece has had the vehicle for 8 days, but hadn't driven it until yesterday to head out of town. Less then 400 miles later, at 170,049 miles, BAM major transmission error codes and the car is now jerking. I reached out to Nina and her only question was if I bought the extended warranty, and if I didn't, why not? Essentially telling me that it's not Pacific Honda's issue any longer. Sadly this shows to me that Pacific Honda inspections are not good. And they are putting used cars with significant issues for sale on their lots. I will now be stuck with the bill, as any used vehicle purchase carries a risk. Nina didn't even offer to escalate the issue to management to see if something can be done on good faith. If you're reading this review and you're in search of a USED car, I highly recommend you skip this dealership. They failed to properly inspect the vehicle, or even worse is me thinking they cleared error codes, and stuck the customer with the problem. If you will buy a USED car at Pacific Honda, please immediately have a third party mechanic check the vehicle since Pacific Honda does not. It's not normal for a car, even if used and "pre inspected" to immediately generate major errors like this.

We recently purchased our dream car and we couldn?t be happier with the experience we had with Tess Cerezo. This is actually our second time buying a vehicle from her, and there was no question that we wanted her to be our agent again. Her honesty and genuine care left such a lasting impression that when it came time to finally pursue our dream car, she was the first person in mind. Tess took the time to understand our situation, listen to what we wanted and work tirelessly to find the best possible deal for us. She made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and answering every question with patience and transparency. She never made us feel pressured and always had our best interests in mind.
