Thanks to Eric in the service department and Josh in sales I had an exceptionally nice experience having my Audi Q4 serviced today. Eric checked me in as soon as I arrived for my appointment, answered all of my questions, gave me an accurate estimation of how long it would take and even cleared up a glitch I was having with Waze. Josh found me a very comfortable place I could work on my laptop while waiting and used his tech skills to solve issues I was having with my Audi app. Thanks Audi Escondido!
