Daejon had Excellent service, took my rebel in for a oil

Daejon had Excellent service, took my rebel in for a oil change, tire rotation, fluids, and inspection for it's first service after driving it coast to coast. Couldn't be more pleased. In and out the door in just over an hour and half.

Not a great experience at all.

Not a great experience at all. Took my jeep there for routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They service advisor was super rude and unfriendly the entire time, never gave me his name and never asked about anything else on the car I might want looked at. He told me it would take about 2 hours to finish and they would call when it was ready, so my wife picked me up and we went home. After 4-5 hours of not hearing from the dealership, I gave them a call to inquire about the progress. It took 30+ min and several tries to get ANYONE on the phone let alone my service advisor. When I finally did get someone on the phone it was a female employee and I asked about the progress and whether or not the car was ready yet. After giving her both my license plate #, my name and my VIN # she tells me she DOESN'T KNOW WHERE MY CAR IS. Obviously, this was extremely frustrating, especially since you are a smaller dealer, how hard is it to walk outside and see if you see it or ask the mechanics? She then hungup without ever helping me understand where the xxxx my Jeep was. I immediately drove to the dealership to see my jeep sitting in the service bay, completed. Who knows how long it had been ready, likely several hours. I will NEVER return to this dealership and I will make it my mission to ensure no one else I know does as well.

Service team - review

I had a tow hitch installed. The job was done quickly. Both the service advisor and the mechanic were very helpful. I am very happy with the job. I will return for additional jobs.

Terrible

Terrible. Didn?t even try to fix my jeep that had electrical issues but they changed me anyway.
