Fiesta Ford

I brought the car in for oil change and Annie told me the engine mounts needed to be replaced soon and it was covered under my extended warranty. I needed the car at the time so set up the fix during Christmas break. The car needed to stay in the shop for two days and I was offered a loaner which I decided we did not need. Everything went well.

I brought my 2013 Ford Explorer in to have the "Service Engine Soon" warning light checked. It was staying on all the time. This was repaired per request. They also checked my rear climate control and reset tire pressure in all 4 tires, all at no charge. When I went to pick it up, it was also washed and vacuumed. I did have to leave it overnight, but the service technician kept me informed through out the process. Completely satisfied with the entire process.

I had multiple bad experiences arranging to lease my car. The saleswoman made promises that were not carried out and was totally incompetent. I cannot wait for my lease to expire so I can deal with another dealership.
