Customer service

Always nice, prompt! It they say it will take two hours that is what it will be. No longer have to wait all day. Make an appointment, and this dealership respects it, not like others

The devil's in the details!

I was happy with the purchase process and enjoyed working with Lane and Steve. However, I was disappointed to discover that an almost new, CPO vehicle was missing an Owner's manual, and more importantly a jack that was suppose to be under the rear seat. Lane was helpful to resource a manual. But, I still don't have a jack and it has been almost a month now. I was told they would have to order one but haven't been contacted since then.

Excellent Service

Gil Alvarez was my Service Advisor and he quickly came to introduce himself to me and discuss my service issues. He was very friendly, efficient and helpful and got my car serviced right away. He was also very kind to look up all of my cars to see if I had any air bag service bulletin issues. Fortunately I did not have any issues with any of my vehicles. Since I have moved from LA I now use Fiesta Ford and will keep going there due to the professionalism of Gil and the rest of the employees at Fiesta Ford.

Rich and Diane Ramirez

I had salesman Danny show me many cars that fit my budget, mpg, economy and good looks. After looking for over 2hours, I chose a Ford Focus 2012 Titanium. It was a perfect fit for my needs of travel to and from Palm Desert to the General Patton Museum where I am President. I am covered from bumper to bumper to anything that might need some attention. The service dept. takes me in for service without making an appointment. It has been a very good experience from online review, to car lot viewing to actual purchase. Rich Ramirez
