Great Service and Knowledgable about the vehicle.

Things went smoothly. As an X plan member I had already picked out what I wanted. I called a salesman who gave me a quote over the phone and verified the vehicle was in stock. I went over, did a test drive, liked it and we closed the deal. Ben, Isaac, and Ron were all very professional, friendly, and knowledgable. No issues so far and I like the vehicle. The taxes and titles did end up being about $700 more than I had expected, but not too much you can do about it being in California. Just an FYI, the taxes are calculated on MSRP not the price you pay even if you pay a discounted rate. But I would gladly recommend Ben as a salesman and Ford to any friends and family. One thing I liked is how Ben went over every single feature and synced up our phones to the bluetooths so we left feeling knowledgable. Thanks

Ford Taurus Oil Change Service ` Fiesta Ford

The oil change service was excellent done in about an hour. The Shuttle Service was great which allow me to continue to get some work accomplish from my home while the Ford Taurus was being service. The driver was professional and made sure everything was done before picking me up to return to the service department.

Office Manager

We have a fleet of vehicles and this particular one was in need of an oil change. We called in and spoke to the service manager, they got us in and out in a timely manner which is greatly appreciated when you run a service business. Thank you Fiesta Ford.
