After a horrible accident and my Armada a total loss,

After a horrible accident and my Armada a total loss, Pete was quick to reach out to me. I had to get back on the road quickly for work, and Pete along with his Central Valley team put me in just the right vehicle to move forward. Brand new vehicle with safety features to make me feel comfortable as a commuter, after my accident. So great full to Pete and the Central Valley team!

I called in to make a service appointment and it rings

I called in to make a service appointment and it rings abd rings. I kept hanhlging up abd calling back till I hit a live person they introduced themselves as a service advisor no mention of name. He started taking down my information got about halfway through then excuses himself outs me on hold. 20 mins later I hung up called back in only to get a recording to leave name number so they can call back. I immeaditely went online to make appointment online. My car is a 2018 Nissan Leaf Ev . It’s needed to get the recall fixed plus looks like some kinda radio issue that the channels keep changing plus a tire rotation. So I put all this information online . I made appointment over two weeks ago for today 1/4/25 at 9:30am I got a confirmation on my appointment online. Then i called to make sure I had appointment jan4th . Receptionist said they couldn’t find appointment even though I had proof of a text of appointment . This was on Dec 27th . The receptionist put the appointment Back on for Jan 4th at 9:30am . We got a call Friday morning to confirm appointment but that was on my wife’s VM but it asked us to call back. I went online from a text they sent wife and confirmed appointment . I went in Jan 4th at 9:30am for the appointment only to get the tech to look at me funny. He asked as he keeps looking at my car through the doors of the dealership I guess noticing it’s an ev. He asks did you make an appointment? I explained yes he asked did you call in I said I tried to but was put on hold for over 20 mins. He said I would of hung up after 5 mins abd called back. Thing is I already gave them half my information. I explained I made appointment online got confirmation both online and phone. Service tech said we told the customer service operators that the EV tech out till 1/14. The thing is purely my opinion don’t blame others express regret make another appointment for the person. This dealership especially service advisors getting worse avd worse. Second time the tech was on vacation when we make appointment. First time appointment was on phone. I hope owner reads this!

I had an awesome experience, my first intension walking

I had an awesome experience, my first intension walking into the dealer was just to look at the trucks and check out the prices, instead I ended up going home with a 2024 Nissan Frontier SV , has soon as I walked in the dealer yard I was approached by Andrew Herman " sales rep " who was very nice and knowledgeable, He showed me the trucks and gave me information about them, then he asked me if I wanted to look inside , he went to get the keys and then I was approached by Ignacio Lopez "sales manager " and asked me if I wanted to take it for a test drive which I am glad I accepted because I fell in love with the truck and I ended up taking it home .

I bought a rogue from Modesto Nissan the last one i
