Top of Th e Line Service!!

As always...the service department is quick and thorough. Staff is always friendly and informing when any other service work is needed other than what I went in for. I will always take the truck back to that dealership/service.

Great Services

Scheduled 80K mile service, for my 2011 F250, with Todd. Doors opened early and I was in and out in just over an hour. Todd was great as he explained services performed. Great customer service!

Great people, great service.

The service rep quickly scheduled my appointment for the day after I called. I arrived 1/2 hour early and had no problem checking in. Spent time with my salesman (Doug Benson, great guy!). Car was ready in one hour, an hour earlier that promised. Great people, great service.

Great service; very helpful staff

I have a 2014 Ford Flex which is a Ford Fleet Vehicle. All repairs & maintenance are covered by the Quality Fleet Care Plan. In this case I needed a new battery. Carlyn Isaac is terrific to work with. She understands the process for working with my vehicle & the necessary effort to get approval from Quality Fleet Care Plan. The work was done right with no hassle on my part. I commend Carlyn for both her knowledge, thoroughness and just plain being very nice to work with.

David is wonderful

David is excellent mechanic. He noticed my transmition malfunctioned when I came on completely different issue. He fixed it and now - no more rattling and shaking and I really enjoy my car much better. David is very polite, social and friendly. I'm glad he takes care of my vehicle.

Friendly staff, nice facility

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buying process was very no-pressure. They even arranged to have the vehicle delivered 2 hours from their dealership. My only complaint is that the truck could have been a bit cleaner. It looked like it was detailed very hastily.

Ford Explorer Repair of underbody and tire

Professional and patient, I had unexpected additional costs with the service, but the way it was explained to me, was that the repairs were to be made to our benefit, and not a margin increase to the dealership. Thank you.
