Fabian was super helpful and very kind. He made sure to be attentive to my requests for the vehicle I wanted. Fabian was super helpful with setting up my phone and making sure to answer any questions I had. Fabian also left me his business card and offered for me to call him in the future with any help I might need regarding my new vehicle.

I enjoyed my visit, Rachelle was very nice she was very attentive and very professional. I was turned down by Spreen Mazda who no longer honored the healthcare provider oil change. They referred me to Spreen Honda which was two doors down. I’m glad they were able to take care of me but it would be nice of Spreen Mazda to have honored the front line healthcare provider complimentary oil change again because we’ve been so busy I never got to use it. At the same time I’m glad that they referred me to Spreen Honda because it is a great experience because of Rachelle. She Made it worthwhile because she kept me updated, she make sure my car was nice and clean upon receiving it, and even followed up with me while I was going into my car and about to leave to make sure everything was up to expectations. She will definitely be my advisor next time. I think my only recommendation is that it would’ve been nice to have some type of a snack or something while waiting, Maybe not like donuts or anything but something that’s individually wrapped and safe that goes along way while we’re waiting. But otherwise service wise I’m a happy camper.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly! Definitely coming here again for all my needs! They were very helpful and although they were limited in car options, they worked hard to find our perfect fit.
