Went in initially for an oil change so I expected to wait...
Went in initially for an oil change so I expected to wait for about an hour and a half. Service advisor recommended transmission work and other things so I agreed with the work however the ETA was far off. He mentioned it could take 1hr 1/2 to 2hours. I sat for about 3 1/2 hours so it was kind of frustrating. I would have gotten shuttle ride but I kept thinking my car would be done so I did not want to leave. If I would have known I was going to sit 3 hours from the start I would have just went home by shuttle service.

The dealership honestly assessed the car’s needs quickly and accurately, not doing any more than was needed. Thank you for that! And it even got a wash as well. yes like i say i have been going to this location for my oil change, eveytime i go they tell me i can fill out the services feedback i will receive a free oil change but i have never received the free oil change :-)
