As always, attentive to my service needs and friendly and efficient. My car was serviced in the time I was told it would be. The waiting area was spaced for guest social distance. Overall great experience. I keep coming back for all my auto needs.

I spoke with the service advisor regarding the fact that I was told that it would only take two hours to complete my service request. After sitting there for a little over three hours I felt that they should not state a time frame if they don"t know that they can complete as stated. My service advisor was Ric.

Rachel my service advisor was more than profesional, she warned us they were busy and my car was going to take 1:45 hours, we decided to stay and she deliver right on time as she promised. Car wash was being service, she apologized and gave me a voucher to come back and wash my car on a latter day. I live at Fontana and I prefer to drive to Lima linda due to superior service , stay away from rock honda in Fontana.
