I just recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic. The staff worked so well with me throughout the whole process. Everything was smooth for my first dealership experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in search of an affordable car. The staff is diligent and super hospitable. Not only is my car prefect but it’s been about a month and it’s running very well with low mileage and low payments !

There is plenty of cars to choose from. The sales people are friendly and efficient. Overall it was a good buying experience. Great place to shop for a used vehicle.

Lack of competence and quality in order to get my vehicle purchased at Hampstead PreOwned after purchase was a hassle, disappointing and time consuming. After multiple trips to Hampstead or home to Annapolis and experiencing multiple delays, my car still isn't properly repaired. There is a lack of communication and understanding that exists within the Service Department and Body Shop. Even after the owner Adam sat down with me during my purchasing process and assured me in person that any issues I had would be taken care of. Well not true and after multiple unanswered calls and no returned calls I resulted to emailing my disappointment to Adam. Hopefully he responds to that and sticks to his word of making it right.

Best approach seen. They are business oriented. We did not stay too long there since they know what they were doing. The staff were very friendly.

When I walked into the dealership, I felt like a valued customer. The salesman was not pushy which made the buying process easier. The salesman wanted to help out as much as he could but was not overbearing. The rest of the staff was really nice and went out of their way to to make my experience great. We recently purchased from Hampstead Preowned a 2010 Honda Fit for our son. I did a great deal of research to find the ideal used car for our situation. The entire experience--looking on their website, visiting the dealership, test driving, and finally purchasing the car--was overwhelmingly positive. Our salesperson, Sierra, was a joy to work with. The manager, Adam if I'm recalling correctly, was completely transparent and straightforward when we got down to negotiating terms. This really seems to be a professionally run and ethical operation. Our experience certainly suggests that. I recommend them without hesitation.

Went in to the dealership thinking it was an automatic but it ended up being stick shift. Not sure if it was bait and switch But bought another suitable car there
