****DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE**** I have all my vehicles serviced by the local dealership. I will never take my 2018 Ram 2500 back to this dealership for service. I would recommend that if you do go here that you question everything that they tell you. At my last recommended oil change I had them look at the brakes as they would squeak when coming to a stop, at that time they said everything was fine. My brakes continued to squeak, I was due for another oil change ( I do them every 5K miles with synthetic oil) so I asked them to check the brakes again as they continued to squeak. Was told this time that the rotors maybe glazed over, and may need to be resurfaced. I have had this occur on other vehicles before so it was no big deal. Then I was told that I needed to do the recommended maintenance of trans flush, trans filters, brake fluid change, and power steering flush, when asked how much that would be the service advisor said with the rotors and all that it would be $782. I said ok, then as he was typing it all up I got to thinking that when I had the transfer case fluid changed at 30k they said I wasn't due till 60k, so I asked the advisor to pull up my owners manual recommended maintenance schedule ( I thought this would be something that he would have access to right there on his computer). After a few minutes he still didn't have it so I pulled it up on my iPad, it showed that everything he had mentioned wasn't due till 60k miles. When I showed this to him he stated that since we lived in AZ that it was considered "Heavy duty use of the vehicle like police, fleet, taxi." and the recommended milage intervals for maintenance are cut in 1/2. I then asked where it said in the manual that AZ operated vehicles are considered Heavy duty use of the vehicle and mileage is cut in 1/2, he then gave me a print out that said: Heavy Duty Use Of The Vehicle: Change engine oil at 4,000 miles (6,500km), or 350 hours of engine run time if the vehicle is operated in a dusty and off road environment, or is predominately at idle or only very low engine RPM's. This type of vehicle use is considered Serve Duty I said that says oil change, and shows nothing about everything else, he then said that there is Manufactured recommenced maintenance schedule and Dealer recommended maintenance schedule. I then asked to please give me a copy of the dealer recommended maintenance schedule as I should have that, he wasn't able to provide that to me. At this point it seemed with the facts that I had, the service advisor was trying to take advantage of me. I said since its Saturday I'm sure the service manager is off, that's when I looked at his business card and realized that I was dealing with the Assistant Service manager. I asked for my truck back as I didn't want them doing any work on it, however they had started the oil change so I had to let them finish that. While waiting I called Larry Miller Ram in Peoria, AZ and Avondale, AZ. asked what needed to be done at 40k miles for recommended service and they said oil change and the rest wasn't due till 60k. When I got the truck back. The inspection report showed that my wipers are good. So why is it that my passenger wiper no longer sits correctly on the windshield and you can see this because of the water that didn't clear when using the washer fluid to clean the windshield, but is marked good on the inspection. Now it makes me wonder what else was marked green that actually needs attention! I truly feel bad and wonder how many people have trusted this dealership with their service and have spent unnecessary money for "Recommended Services" that were not needed at that time. I now wonder if I had not caught it, and actually spent the money if at 60k miles they would have recommended the same services again. Just keep it simple and don't go here for service. Only reason for 1 star is because I had to

I had been shopping on line for a Chrysler Pacifica, and found one on Larry H Millers Surprise website. Not sure how we got connected, but I was contacted by Jason Wiler. We had communicated via text and he invited me to come in and meet to look at the car. Jason had the car ready for me to get right in and drive. I had made my decision a block after we drove out of the lot. Jason was so through in showing me the details of the car. Features I had in my previous car that I purchased from another dealer that they never showed me. We then sat down to negotiate, I was given a fair value for my trade in, Jason brought me into meet my finance officer Travis. I had been pre-approved, and Travis honored the rate I had my pre approval for even thought rates had gone up a bit. I had a minor issue with the car, Jason immediately said he could schedule an appointment for service for me. I am very pleased with Larry H Miller Chrysler Surprise, and Jason Wiler my salesman, and I promise when I am ready to purchase a new car, I will be calling Jason.
