Lack of customer service
At first Eric Nelson seemed to be interested in selling me a vehicle. Once I sent him the information on my trade I never heard back from him. My guess is he couldn't do the deal he was not courteous enough to get back to me and just leave me hanging.

The service department has been exceeding my expectations for 3 years. Maintaining and upgrading my Jeeps since 2018. Kyle is my go to guy for all things service. The pricing is reasonable even compared to non dealership mechanics. I wouldn't dream of servicing my Jeeps anywhere else.

Thus was an excellent service visit - all 10's. I made the appointment online and the system was easy to use. Dealer contacted me to confirm the appointment. Brian greeted my as soon as I pulled in to the dealership and took a lot of time to explain the 60K service. He gave me an estimate of the costs and a very reasonable time frame for the repairs. He contacted me when the work was done and the bill was within a couple of dollars and it was done right on time. Brian went though all of the service work and discussed future items. The car was spotless inside and out. Great job Brian and Larry H Miller.

This was my first time dealing with Larry H Miller Dodge, and I was impressed. Took my truck in for suspension service, oil change, tire rotation, and couple odds and ends. Tom (my service advisor) was great. I will be using there service department again, and just might buy a new truck there now.

Wow! They say, "get surprised!" at Larry H. Miller D.R.J.C. in Surprise, and they didn't disappoint, I was shocked... Jason Carroll, Frankie Pena, KT were all outstanding people! Jason listened to us, to what we wanted, was extremely patient and polite with us. He did everything he could to get our deal done, truly dedicated. There are no words to describe how happy I am to be out of my last vehicle and in this Jeep! Thank you Jason, thank you Frankie, thank you KT & thank you LHM Surprise!
